We will be coming to Disneyland from New Zealand in late September, not sure who will have the most fun, the adults or the children.
However, I think we have been too hasty with our hotel reservation, booked Howard Johnson Plaza online through their website and it seemed good at the time as it was a National Brand Promotion rate which was cheaper than what had been showing up until then. Of course I had locked in the (non-refundable, non-changeable) booking before I found this board and mention of the Entertainment Card rate.........bother, bother, but these thing happen.
Now, can someone help with a family discussion. It can't be called a difference of opinion since no-one claims to know the answer.
On our last visit, 10 years ago, we stayed in a hotel/motel close to Disneyland that had a family type restaurant in a separate building on the property. We think the rooms were in several buildings of two or three floors.
I can also remember being picked up by a small shuttle bus and delivered to a coach park that was practically straight across the street to join a tour that we had booked.
Can anyone provide an answer from those somewhat vague clues?
