If I have a 10 day hopper and more no expire ticket, that is 10 days in the parks, plus 5 entries to water parks, Quest, etc. So...If I went to no more than one place in one day, does that mean I actually have 15 days? 10 in the major parks, and 5 in the minors? Thanks!

You are correct! Ahh, 15 days at Disney World.

LOL! Oh, I wish! Actually, we are going for 6 days at Disney, and 2 at Universal. I will save the no expire days for another trip! Thanks for your help!

You could go to more than one place per day for the major parks (as you have the hopper). Each day you visit any major park, it will count against your 10 days.

Each specific visit to a minor park (Water, Quest, PI) would each count as one of the 5 visits. So 5 specific visits only. (Going to Downtown Disney in general is a freebee.) (Also some restaurnants on PI would not count against your 5 visits.)

Visits under the 5 entries would not use up any days in your 10 day.

So yes, you could have 15 days of fun with plenty to do.
