I was let go after a month of being a seasonal cast member after my CP. My question is, my manager told me if I were to go back to casting when I had no issues, I would be hired back immediately. So now that I'm going to get ready to apply for another CP, will I have rehire issues?

You didn't provide any real information in your question and statement about your situation.

If your management team gave you a "yes" rehire status, then no. If they gave you a "restricted" or "no", then yes.

Your best bet would be to call 407-828-1000 and ask Casting directly rather than us here.

My manager did tell me she gave me a yes rehire. So I guess I just freaked a bit for nothing. Although I emailed her to ask and she said she would check again

Depends on what the reason was for letting you go. But if your manager was confident, then I would say you should be able to be rehired.

That's the first time I've heard of that (but not that many of my friends were able to stay seasonal though) what was your role?

I was merchandise. And I let a few friends look at the email that says I was given a yes rehire eligible immediately and they said I'm overreacting. I just don't want to get screwed over ya know?

I know all the seasonal rules changed this past year, it got a lot harder to keep it but I'm sure they aren't going to keep people from getting hired again because they couldn't make it to FL often enough.

I think it's a perfectly reasonable thing to worry about.

I'm just banking on the fact that my manager told me back in september she gave me a yes rehire so that I am eligible immediately. Ya know?
