A Last Minute, Let's Just Wing It WDW Trip

So here's an odd one, here I am starting my Pre-Trippie annnd, I'm already on my single digit dance!! I leave on SATURDAY!!

Here's the background info for you..

Yesterday was my 20th (Twen-teenth) birthday..

I had a lovely amazing day, my boyfriend spoiled me rotton... Yep, that's right, this trip is my birthday present from him...

Now, with us leaving on Saturday, the poor boy has just made the next couple of days of his life hell...

I was quick to realise that ADR's were not going to happen, good job we like fastfood!

I was also quick to inform him of just what he had let himself in for, explaining that I NEED to know exactly what I'm doing at each minute of each day that we are there, and he had given me 3 DAYS in which to sort this out in my head.. Bless the poor boy...

So, I've not started packing, I've not even sorted out what washing I need to do, and to be honest I lost today's planning due to staying in bed all day after last nights festivities... But I know that how ever last minute and thrown together it is, I'm going to have an amazing time out there with him...

your post has amazed me. can't believe its your first time and you have no notice. how fantastic for you both. you must come back and tell us all about it. As its just the two of you I am sure you will be able to get meals at the restaurants you want without an ADR. Good luck

Thankyou all for reading, I'm very excited!!

Since I'm in on a wednesday night (a big union night), I thought I'd introduce myself and DBF..

That's our faces. Aint we sweet?...

So I'll start with myself!

I'm Annie/Anie/Angharad, I'm a 20 (argh) year old lazy media student. I'm generally the type of friend who you can rely on to be an idiot, I like cheering people up, and acting like a fool comes very naturally to me, people say I'm special . I change my hair A LOT, poor poor hair, yeah its that lightbrown/ginger/darkblonde/idontreallyknowwhatcolourmyhairis right now, this time last year I had platinum blonde hair, and inbetween I've had dark purple hair and the dark brown you see in the avvie.
I love Disney and have been to DLRP 7 times I think, but never made it over to WDW. I've researched and dreamt about it for a few years now, and to be actually going this saturday is amazing! And it'll be lovely to see what I'm letting myself in for in the summer!

The other major love in my life is Radio! I'm assistant station manager of our Uni radio station (LCR), I also present 3 shows a week. I love it, I would be lost without it.. Within my position I train up new volunteers and am the contact and the support for all volunteers, and get to do the boring stuff like the paper work, and minute the meetings. I adore it.
LCR is also how I met James, when I joined he sat in on my first show and was my trainer, and we were really good friends ever since really.

Right on to the DBF

This is James, he's 23, he's a lazy Psychology Student. =D. He recently got voted in as Multi-Media Editor for our SU, it's a full time paid job, which means he's got another year of great student nights, except he's getting paid for it. During the election period he spent 2 weeks dressed as above. Attractive.
I always joke and tell people I'm the better half and all that jazz, but to be honest, and only because I know he'll never read this, he is. He's the most amazing sweetest boy I've ever come across. I don't just mean this trip, it's the little things, like when I was ill, going to a tesco in the middle of the night and getting me Disney DVDs, teddies and just general stuffs to make me feel better. He's always there for me, except when he's late. Yes, this is a regular occurance, his mum says it's a genetic problem, his father was always "5 minutes away" too. It's a real problem, we're not talking 10 minutes late, we're talking 20 minutes seems to mean 2 hours for him. This is my biggest worry for the trip, but he's promised me he'll behave, and I've promised myself I'm setting his clock 2 hours fast.

This isn't our first trip away together, last month we went with some friends to Ibiza, it was amazing, so I'll leave you all with a few pictures of that while I go back to trying to work out what area of which park I should be at on Thursday at 10.43 am

Go and have a great time. Granted, it is short notice but with all the WDW research you've done I'll bet you can come up with a list of Must Do things off the top of your head. However your trip unfolds it will be an adventure. Don't worry about James' "genetic" problem. It sounds like he's already on Florida time and that could be handy.
