I’ve never been to the story time with Belle but how brilliant that both Michelle and John Paul were picked.

It's so cute. I think they picked Michelle to help JP out since he was so young.

i love it when cast-members and characters play along and interact well with wee kids.

They really do make the Magic come alive for the little ones.

. That bacon looks good but for me a churro at Disney is hard to pass up.

Danielle is a churro lover too.

So perfect! This hasn't reopened, right? My kids were too old to get good parts when it first opened and I'm afraid by the time it ever reopens, Ava will probably be too old for it. But what a fun experience!

It has not reopened yet. You're kids are not too old. We did this for Danielle's high school graduation trip and her boyfriend got picked as one of the nights and Danielle got picked as the Wardrobe before too. If Ave loves the story she will still enjoy it.

Michelle and John Paul were dressed as a famous Disney couple. Can you guess who?

Has anyone every been in this room and had the Magic ruined? Well, we did. One of the kids up front touched or pulled something and ruined the magic transition. I was in the back so I didn't see what happened. The room had to be reset and started again.

Oh No!!! The mirror is one of the best parts of that whole expierence! I made us go on it last trip mostly to see that part.

After the performance John Paul was all shy about meeting Belle.

Is he shy? He is looking a little stand off-ish with Belle. Maybe he is just playing the part!

Dennis and I used this opportunity to try something that was on my list after being recommended by StarWarsMomofGirls! The Candied Bacon did not disappoint. Thank you so much for the suggestion.

John Paul once again tried to scan in. The CM working played right along with him and dinged him in.

Friday, December 20, 2019- MK- Getting some Grub and taking a Cruise

It was finally time for lunch once we finished with The People Mover. We had an ADR for Be Our Guest counter service. We had had dinner there before Michelle joined us but scheduled the lunch so she could get some BOG time too. Boy I really miss this lunch. Covid ruined a really nice lunch experience. We seem to have a pattern with John Paul when it comes to sit down meal, he was having trouble staying awake for them. He was out cold by the time we got there. We checked and were soon called to join the line to order our food. I don't think we have ever ordered our food ahead of time but this would have been a good time to have done it. The line was pretty long and he was heavy. We took turns holding him.



After we ordered our food we went to find a seat. We ended up in the Rose Gallery. This is the room we have sat in the most and really it was the quietest room and best for keeping a sleeping child sleeping.


I'm sorry but I don't remember what everyone else had but I had the Braised Pork and Crème Brule. I do think Michelle enjoyed a glass of wine since John Paul sleep the entire time. We had a nice relaxing lunch.








We even got a nice CM to take our picture. If you look close you can see what everyone had. Michelle also had the
Braised Pork. It looks like Dennis had the Carved Prime Roast Beef Sandwich and I think Danielle had the Croque Monsieur.


After we finished lunch John Paul slowly woke up just in time to take a picture with Michelle in front of the the stained glass of Belle and Beast. This is a photo we have tried to get every time we eat here.



We exited BOG without any bathroom drama this time and headed for our last FP of the day The Jingle Cruise.

We were all looking forward to The Jingle Cruise since we missed it when our Christmas Party was rained out.


John Paul got a real kick out of the tarantula in his Santa garb.







I got a really lovely photo of Danielle while we were in line.


We were soon loaded into our boat and ready for the journey.


It was a really cute trip and we enjoyed the Christmas touches. It's amazing how much the ride has changed since we rode it in 2019. John Paul was scared of the ride at all. When Danielle rode it for the first time she was traumatized by the glowing eyes of the tiger in the temple. It took a few trips before I could get her back on it.










Up next is afternoon fun in the MK.

If we ever go back, we will def order ahead of time. We waitied FOREVER!!! I might add this to my list for our next trip. Lunch is fun and it's been awhile since we have been in the castle.

Liesa I really enjoyed finally meeting you and Zach. I loved all the questions and was afraid I had overwhelmed you with all my talking.

It does my heart good to hear you liked the coffee.

I just found my coffee grinder today and was able to grind it a little finer for my espresso machine and I can say it is heavenly! A perfect espresso. Thank you again sooooo much!!

Me too! This was a long time coming. Hopefully next time we can meet up in WDW.

I'm sorry this is taking so long to finish up but I'm going to work real hard to get this done. I have 56 more sleeps before I'm back in my Happy Place.

We lucked out and caught the Main Street Trolley while in the area. I love them so much and really miss them. I hope they come back soon.

All caught up again. Great update and the photo you took of Danielle is beautiful. JP looks happy and refreshed after his nap. I’m betting the glass of wine has the same effect on his mum . Sometimes an adult beverage is exactly what we need to recharge the batteries lol

Just interjecting with a small life update:

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with this baby boy. We've chosen a name... Dominic. So we'll have a Gianna, John Paul, and Dominic. My husband's Italian.

Here's a few pics from our trip last month when I was 25 weeks...
Spoiler alert, my back couldn't hack it and I ended up renting a wheelchair each day that poor Mom and Danielle pushed around. We called it my royal carriage.



I also got to be a "model" for a maternity boutique a few weeks ago as well. So I got some free maternity pictures I wouldn't have otherwise. That was pretty special, too.


Now that we're in the third trimester, baby boy is already head down... I'm finally ready to accept that this is happening and I've been working on getting the house ready. Nesting, if you will. The baby's room is Jungle Cruise theme! I can't wait to show you guys pictures. The crib is kind of the boat, like in the ride. I'm making a wooden sign to go over his bed like the boat signs.
HERE IS WHERE I NEED HELP! I want a clever boat name but my pregnant brain is just lacking creativity these days. I want a play on his name, but all I can think of is Dominican Dominic... and I don't love it. SO DISNEY PEEPS... HELP!
