I am sorry for not keeping this updated more regularly !!This has been a busy week !! We went to the meeting about Samantha going to Europe and she is really excited about it !! She has to get 3 Teachers to fill out reccommendations for her and I know she took them to school today !!The things they will do is amazing !! They get to meet with a Member of Parliament in England , Learn hoe to make Chocolate in Belgium!! Visit the memorial and place a wreath for those who died in Normandy during WWII !! In Germany they will stay with a host family , it is just amazing !! 88% of the Ambassors get in to their first choice of college !! She is NOT yet guaranteed to go !! She has to go to an interview next month!! So it has been an exciting weeek !!With luck I will catch up on the Dis this weekend !!

Sorry I have not been on the Dis in a few days !!Thungs didn't work out during the week to have enough time to do an update and I just didn't get on the Dis !!This weekend Judy and the kids are off to Erie Pa for a trip to Splash Lagoon for Kyles birthday !! He will be 10 on Saturday !!I will have the house to myself for 2 whole days Soooo hopefully will get the time !!

Our last supper was at Chef Mickeys ,

Here I am with the Chef himself !!! As always Disney was very helpful with our dietary needs and the Real Chef walked me thru the buffet so I could guide the lactose intolerant ones !!!

Carol is really into the napkin twirlingIf she reads this I may be DEAD!!! Everyone enjoyed the buffet and we headed back to Pop for our last night !!

The next morning we packed up and checked our luggage and then posed for some final shots at Pop

We then headed to Olivias for breakfast !! I can't find the pix , but the service was awesome and again the Chef was sooooooo helpful with our dietary needs !! I had the Eggs Benedict as reccommeded by Karin and they were delish !!!
Full tummies we headed back for a last minute gift shop run and then off to the airport !!

To follow final thoughts and 2012 plans !!!!

Yes we have 2 dates already and I am thinking of a PTR about them all as 1 will be Disney and 1 will be Universal !!
