I have notices that your score is affected by some factors.

A Computer over 2.8GhZ seems to repsond and go faster in the game!

High Speed Internet is a must! Your main CPU computer will go faster if you are wireless!

Use a wired mouse for the best results!

Do not have programs open and have lots of space on your computer.

Go when VMK is not too crowded! Do not go when their is a wait to play oreven get in the room! I like to play when VMK is not too crowded. It is 12;30AM right now EST and there is only 900 players on!

I can't blame it on my computer. I replaced my 5 yr.old dinosaur desktop PC back in February, with this (smokin'!, to me anyway! lol) pc with a 3400+ AMD Athlon 64 processor, 512 MB RAM (soon to be doubled) and 200 GB hard drive. And I have high speed cable internet.
So the computer is up to specs mostly, however, I AM using a wireless mouse and I see now that a wired one is probably better for Fireworks. I will give that a try!

WDWTIGGER: I try to get Flawless (espeacially early on, when the fireworks are few and far between) because that's where I get a lot of points.
Once they start chucking out a bunch at a time, with all those different symbols, I tend to get overwhelmed and just try to hit whatever I can. lol

You are THee master of Fireworks, so I will definitly take and try your advice!

I've only hit over 240,000 twice. The first time, I wasn't expecting it and I came in first place. I was sooooo mad. So I tried and tried again with no luck. Then last night, I was helping my son (he's 5) get some points for his character and wouldn't ya know, I got in the 242,000 range and I got the pin. But I can't take it away from him because he's just so escited and only 5. So I'll have to try again for another 2 months or so until I can get it again!!

The firework game makes me mad too! I got a score of over 240,000 four times and didn't win but I only got 1 firework pin Why do they have to change it when I win
