Yeah...that one...the one that was right in front of my face. I'm losing my freaking mind!!!

And I need to finish scrubbing my floor. I have about 1/5 of them done. Sigh. And I only have about 3 1/2 hours of sunlight left. It's 6:15 and I haven't eaten a meal yet today. Matter of fact, I've done NOTHING today. What is wrong with me! I need a maid. I need a chef. I need a chauffeur and I need a wife.

Sigh.

Nope...the only thing in that list is a wife. She will fill all of the other listed positions. Problem is, you're married to a man. Sorry darling, you're out of luck!

I've been needing to do for 2 days now... and still haven't touched it.

I've done about 6 loads, have a few more to go. Problem is, i haven't folded any of it.

So now we're NOTHING????

Oh, that was me!!! That darned band aide about near drove me CRAZY!!! I even tagged it with crumbs to see if housekeeping vacuumed, but when the crumbs were gone I figured we had mice...or worse...a rat...or, good lord...a snake in the room!! Then I knew fer sure it was a snake b/c the rat and mouse mysteriously disappeared.

I have such a mean streak sometimes!!

A dirty band aide would have grossed me out....But lordy, don't watch it - if it bothers a guest get it taken care of!! DUH!

Ewww....I can deal with anything but a snake.

I just realized that we posted 10 pages (and counting) today. Don't youse guys have a life?!?

Yesterday I playfully brushed Sophia's hair with my brand new (never used ) brush. She found it sitting on the Hope Chest (my mother's..I never had any hope lol)..anyway, she picked it up and look what I caught with my cell phone! (Please excuse the mess - a 10 mo old and 2 puppies live in here with me all day...it looks better every evening!)

Heaven help me. If I so much as catch a glimpse of a snake while there... well, it was nice knowing you. Tracy will stroke out right on the spot. I kid you not. Tracy does not like snakes. Nuh uh.

I don't do snakes either. I went to a friend's house in Baltimore on Sunday. When I got there, she told me about the snake she found that had come through the fence that morning. I was glad she told me once I was there instead of before I left, cause there is NO WAY I would have gone had I known that.

Awwwwwww. Oh my gosh. Give me that child! SQUEE!!!!!!! I promise you can have her back when she turns 14.

I'd give her back when she turns 5. That's when mMartina started her whine fests.

Ya know...how come us ladies thing pudge is cute on babies, yet we grow up and try to get rid of the pudge. Let's just pretend we are adorable babies.

You guys have been busy in the two hours since I left work, got on the train, got off the train, got in my car and drove to Starbucks for my Frappucino and then drove home and walked the dog. Now, I have READ, not SKIMMED, every message, but there is no way, no no, that I'm going to try to take Heather's title of "most quoted posts."

All I am going to say is Sophia is MINE! I saw her first (okay, second after Christine!).

Now, where were we? Oh, yes, Tracy's dining ressies. Was that like 15 pages ago?

Oh.... I talked to my FIL around 6. He sounded good. He was out of recovery and in his room. Brian and his Mom were with him. Brian says he was hungry, which is great. Once he gets home (probably not till late, they are going to stay with him till they kick them out) I'll find out more details about what happens next.

I interrupt our dining plans to say that Andy is not happy...plane is late...hasn't even left Orlando yet. He was supposed to land here in an hour and is not even scheduled to leave Orlando for another 90 minutes. I guess the "Nemo Room" review will have to wait until tomorrow.

I interrupt our dining plans to say that Andy is not happy...plane is late...hasn't even left Orlando yet. He was supposed to land here in an hour and is not even scheduled to leave Orlando for another 90 minutes. I guess the "Nemo Room" review will have to wait until tomorrow.

That stinks...happened to us coming home our last trip, and then they lost out bags on top of it. We were sitting in the airport, knowing we could have had 5 more hours in the park.

MECHANICAL problems! So, of course, I will sit here on pins and needles until they land at O'Hare. I called to tell hubby on his way to umpping a baseball game and I think we've decided to see how cheaply we can rent a car and DRIVE to Marco Island. I hate relying on the airlines--they get worse all the time. We'll have to see how much for the car and how much gas would cost. We'd only have to stop one night so it wouldn't be too expensive.

MECHANICAL problems! So, of course, I will sit here on pins and needles until they land at O'Hare. One of Mia's BFF has delays due to mechanical problems every time she flies. I mean EVERY time! No matter where she goes. Mia and I will never travel with Debbie! She flies out of Madison, Wi so no worries.

Michael drove Mia's Mazda to Melbourne, FL on Monday because the car rentals were so expensive. His sister (and her family) and his mother lives there. His mom is not well and at 85 it is amazing she is still with us. She's had a heart aneurysm for 3 yrs - the docs gave her 3 mos!

My friend and I drove to Disney from here in 2007...we were going to fly but our tkts were refunded (back when Delta flew nonstop from here) due to change of schedule...then we booked SW out of RDU..but then we decided we needed a road trip! Neither of us had a job at the time, both were job hunting so we figured it was our one chance to drive. Fun..but long. Once we hit FL it felt like FOREVER to Disney!

Anyway, good luck with the car rentals - prices are very high right now. We were looking for a car fro my friend when she comes August 4, but prices were so high, MI offered to take two cars to RDU, meet Lynne in Boston, give her the keys and car park tkt so Lynne can pick up Mia's car at RDU when she arrives.
