I've been obsessing on this board for our Dec. trip. Imagine my surprise when one of my co workers invited me to a 'fantasia' party at her house! I was so excited! A couple of hours later I ask another friend what she will be dressing up as only to get a sort of confused look back. -it would seem a fantasia party is one of those lingerie parties! :rotfl2:

Here I am planning on wearing Mickey ears and a sorcerer's hat :rotfl:

If I have a good laugh at your expense, you can have one at mine! Last year (my first year at university) there was a banner up advertizing a fantasia party, and I definitely thought the same thing as you did!!! :rotfl2:

My friends had a good laugh (over and over and over) at that one!

Thank you! I guess people on these boards might understand the confusion so it's nice to know I'm not the only one who had a problem with this. I really was mentally putting a costume together. :sad2:

Most of my friends just think I'm some strange eccentric!

I'm actually greeted at work by my one friend who says "Hi there! What's it now? Two hundred and ninety days to go?"
