I had to pick up a few things at Costco, with plans to go to Stop and Shop for the sweet sausage that I put in my stuffing. I was near the sausage at Costco and debated to myself whether to buy double the amount of sweet sausage that I needed, (I usually buy hot for sauce) for $2.16/lb, or wait and pay $3.99 a pound for less of what I wanted. There was a woman standing next to me who said, "I need half sweet and half hot". How lucky was that? 
I offered to split the perforated pack with her at check out. She thought that was a great idea, so that is what we did. In the meantime, I was picking up 5 pounds of clementines. I picked up the yellow bag. A man standing next to me told me to buy the ones in the blue bag, that they were much better. I did. Lots of friendly shoppers out today....until I was actually in Stop and Shop and an elderly lady asked me to get a box of cereal on the top shelf that she couldn't reach. I stopped my cart to help, only to have some nasty woman say, "Let me by"! Oh well, 2 out of three ain't bad.
