A friend gave me (2) free employee benefit Universal Tickets. Questions.

A friend of mine at school gave me 2 free Universal employee benefit tickets. It doesn't say anywhere about which parks or nothing. It has the USF phone number but its too late to call and I'm going tomorrow.

I just wanted to know if anyone has any information on these kind of tickets. My friend can't be reached unfortunately right now.

I did some searching on Universal Studios Orlando employment page and they state:

"Quarterly Universal Orlando complimentary park passes" but doesn't go into any details at all.

I would assume they would be for "BOTH" parks but who knows.

Is it like a complimentary ticket or something that says Not for Sale?

It is for both parks, but there are blackout dates. Call the number on the back of the ticket. It gives blackout dates and the phone is answered 24/7 by a recording with the blackout dates.

The last two weeks were blacked out but I don't think that today is (but I'm not sure.)

Team member comps are one-day/two-park tickets and there were no block out dates for the last two weeks. Next year during spring break is when we will have block out dates. We will also have block out dates for the Mardi Gras concerts.
