A few weeks have passed

The 3 things that dd asked Santa for was a tricycle, a Laugh and Learn Computer, and the twin baby dolls from Dora. She plays with all 3 daily for the most part and she sleeps with the twin dolls every night. The dolls also go everywhere with us.

The computer is great since I am in school and have to do a lot of assignments on the computer. She will sit on the bed with her little laptop and do her "schoolwork" while I am doing mine on my laptop.

She did get a lot of other stuff that she doesn't play with much but the 3 things that she begged for have been played with quite a bit.

Well my daughter would be using her MP3 player ..... If I hadn't taken it away for being a smart mouth!

But other then that little snafu she's been using it regularly as well as the new phone, and she's just about burned her way through the box of books I got her. I bought her about 12 books and she's almost through with all of them!

Yes, the Webkinz. Play with them a couple of times a week (after homework, of course!)

I'm actually going to "adopt" them each one more for valentines day!

Can I ask where you found the marble run for $15? DS3 got a Quadrilla marble run for his birthday last week, but the basic set cost $60 and I won't travel with it (it's wood). He can be totally entranced for hours with one of those so it would be good to have a less expensive model to travel with.

I bought it on sale at Target before Christmas. Target.com has it for $20 now but it is on sale at Amazon for $15. I didn't invest in the more expensive one because I thought for sure they would play with it for a couple of days and then I would be stepping on pieces for the next year. Who knew?
