How do we get from Pop to Polynesian? How long will it take?

When we take the bus from Pop to MK, are we at the front gate to MK or do we have to take the monorail to MK?

I've never been to POP, but to get from one resort to another you must make a "connection" at a theme park/water park or DTD and catch another bus to your final destination.

The MK has a bus "depot" of sorts just outside the gate. It will be a short walk from there to the gate.

I'd recommend taking the Magic Kingdom bus and then the monorail to the Poly. Give yourself 45 minutes.

To get from POP to the Poly, the best route likely is to take the bus from POP to the MK and then to take the resort monorail or boat to the Poly from there. The resort monorail (don't take the express monorail) will go from the MK to the CR and TTC before stopping at the Poly. The boat will make a stop at the GF before heading to the Poly.

I would plan for 45-60 minutes if traveling during the day. If you are trying to get to the Poly early (as in before the MK is open for EMH or for everyone) you may want to leave a bit more time as the buses won't be running as frequently and you could have a longer wait if you just missed one.

There is no bus service from the Poly to the MK, however. You can take the monorail, which after leaving the Poly stops at the GF and then the MK, or you can take a boat that goes straight from the Poly to the MK.

Also keep in mind that the TTC (which is the parking lot for MK as well as the junction of all 3 monorail lines) is next door to the Poly, and is an easy 5-10 minute walk along a pathway between the two places. So you can get on the express monorails from either MK or EPCOT, get off at the TTC and simply walk to the Poly. The Our Laughing Place wizard doesn't mention that option.
