We are going on the Aug. 26th EBPC cruise and I'm trying to figure out some planning logistics.

1) Does anyone have or know where to find the 2015 EBPC Personal Navigators?

2) When does the Freezing the Night away normally happen within the cruise?
The 2015 WBPC showed on a port day, towards the end of the cruise.

3) Can we request a certain day for the the ticketed M&G? Like having Anna & Elsa during the Frozen themed day?

4) Would Palo brunch on Panama Canal day be a great idea? Is Palo brunch even available on this day?

5) Could you tell me (or point me in the direction to find it) what the merch released on Frozen day is? Are they cruise exclusive?

6) Is there a list on what characters on the cruise sign autographs?

There seems to be a lot less info on EBPC than the WBPC cruisings :(

Thank you! :flower3:

This should help: http://disneycruiselineblog.com/2015/11/personal-navigctober-23-2015/

On the WBPC Palo brunch was available on Canal day. Personally, I would do it on another sea day as I enjoyed having the freedom to move around while we were in the Canal, but this is a personal preference.

That is helpful, thank you!

Hmm I can understand that. Could we even see anything from palo.

This should also help some [Link]

Afternoon tea? Palo afternoon tea was discontinued a few years ago ... Does it come back for long cruises?

Not in my experience. Once it was gone, it was gone. They started using the time that the tea was being done as part of the brunch times.

  • The day of the 2015 cruise may be different than the 2016. I was on this cruise and they had a HUGE team of Disney execs on board for the world premiere. We picked them up in one port and dropped them off at the next. This cruise also had a feedback session with the team who created the whole "story", costumes, day-of events, etc. so it was a unique situation.

3) Can we request a certain day for the the ticketed M&G? Like having Anna & Elsa during the Frozen themed day?
  • On the 2015 WBPC, it was only offered one day. Then after that day, there were still so many people wanting tickets, they opened up a 2nd day...and they also had backdrop problems (the AP walls were showing the back background) so that was another reason to allow for a "re-do".

4) Would Palo brunch on Panama Canal day be a great idea? Is Palo brunch even available on this day?
  • I agree with Flossbana. I enjoyed having the freedom to move around. Additonally, you have to be dressed up for Palo and I would want to be on the rails until my time slot...meaning, I would be a hot humid mess by brunch. We were on the rails for the first lock, then we went to Tritons for breakfast and got to see the "inside" of the locks as we went through the next one and then sailed along the lake. It was awesome. I would do that again.

5) Could you tell me (or point me in the direction to find it) what the merch released on Frozen day is? Are they cruise exclusive?
  • There were a few pieces, but they were not Panama Canal Frozen exclusives.

6) Is there a list on what characters on the cruise sign autographs?
  • You won't know until you board and start paging though the Navigators on the app. The 2015 cruise had a huge staff turnover, so we had a ton of characters because the olds were leaving (but still training) and the news were there to start their new contract.

Yeah, that's what I thought but all of the private events note such. Perhaps the author is referencing the Royal Tea event?

There was a Prince and Princess Tea on the 2015 WBPC. We got an invitation to it and it was free. Girls got sashes and boys got crowns. There was tea and little desserts. They taught you how to wave, courtesy and dance like royalty. It was a lot of fun. At first, it was only open to families sailing with young children, but then we heard that they did another one for the non-kids people could attend.

Thank you for all of your information ^_^

That does sound like fun for us adults too!

You can't choose your date/time for meet and greets. They are distributed in order of time slot. When one time slot fills up they move on to the next one. The only caveat to that is that they will avoid a conflict with a previously scheduled activity, like Palo brunch or a spa appointment.

If you happened to get a seat at the window at Palo then it would probably be a nice spot, but otherwise I think I would find it very frustrating. I'd want to be watching what was going on outside!

The Frozen merchandise became available when they announced that the Frozen activities would be happening on our cruise. They will probably just be out the whole time, though I couldn't say that for sure.
