A Fairytale Lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table

I just saw this on Disney's official site. When did they start doing this? Has anyone been to it, and if so what is it like?

I hope this makes it easier to get into a character meal there.

It started a month ago. It is the same as brekafast basically except instead of a family style meal there is a limited menue you select your entree from. It also includes an appertizer and dessert. You can find the menu at www.allearsnet.com

I just went to the CRT lunch on Tues. 7-19 for my b-day and it was the best! For starters, there were about 5 princesses there: Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Belle (in her blue dress), Wendy, and of course, Cinderella. The food was great. First comes a platter of apetizers (sp??). Then comes the main course. And finally is desert. For those celebrating b-days, they give you a certificate. And all the princesses can sign it. The best part is that it isn't too crowded (it's one of the smallest dining rooms). Also, the food is delivered to the table- no buffet, so you can't miss the characters. Great interaction. So for those contemplating doing the lunch- do it! you won't regret it.

I know the CRT food can be questionable, but the princess interaction is really the best! Enjoy!

I know they say no character guarantee and I have certainly been there for my share of substitutions but when did Wendy become a princess?

LOL!!!! My daughter asked me when she saw some pics "Mommy, I didnt know Mary Poppins was a princess?" Can you imagine if when we go Wendy is there? She will really be confused! LOL
