We had a great night! I was so glad that the evenings were cooling off. I guess I was expecting it to be miserably hot from morning til night!!

I am really leaning towards CBR for our next trip. I love that you can view IllumiNations! Where is your favorite place to see them while there Shelly? What a great way to end your night!

I like to watch IllumiNations from the Jamaica beach the best. But you have to get there early to grab one of the hammocks! We also watched from the Jamaica quiet pool one night and that was fun!

So far behind! We were in DTD that evening too. The new improved Lego store is so much better than before. I feel like I can actually move around in there now. Did the doughnuts come from Baby Cakes? I wonder if its because they are vegan and safe for people with lots of different allergies if that made a difference in taste.

We're home!

I am exhausted, but we had such a great trip.

SSR is beautiful!! We were so spoiled by our room, I don't know how we'll go back to anything less than what we had. I would kill for DVC. Our friends are so lucky We had 8 people there, so we stayed in the 3 BR villa and it was incredible.

The first 2 days were SO rainy and terrible, but we managed to get through it and have fun.

I caught up on the updates since I was gone. You guys did lots and lots of shopping! We did the same thing since the weather was so bad. I got my Mickey necklace this trip!! I found the one I wanted that looks like a key and then I bought a pair of Mickey sweatpant type capri's, and then Bob bought a golf shirt and a Perry t-shirt.

We spent so much money on this trip.

Whatever... It's just money. I'll make more tomorrow

Oh - and also - we are now AP holders!!!!

We figured that it made the most sense because we plan on doing a few days along with our cruise, and we've been planning a trip to San Diego with friends for next fall. So, those days should already pay for the upgrade

SJS - I used the app, iMovie ($5!) to edit the clips together. Very easy to use. The only thing is that I had to reduce down the image quality to 360HD from 720HD because it would have taken almost 1.5 hours or more to upload it to YouTube at 720HD. Another solution is to just shorten your videos to 3 minutes and keep it at 720HD. Here is one I did last May at the Flower and Garden festival at Epcot: http://youtu.be/s7OdJOhffDE Overall, using the iPad for video shorts is great fun!

RF - Glad to hear that you had a great time - and that you are now APers! So, you are coming out to San Diego - are you going to have time to visit DLR?

SJS - Ya, the iPad is definitely great when you travel, so light and easy to use. It is good for taking quick video clips, 20-60 seconds. Now with ios5 and icloud you can back up the videos offline so that you don't have to store it all on your iPad.

Jo - we need another update about your trip!

That was a great night at DTD. Ended up kind of crowded the later it got, but still fun!

Yep - the donuts came from Baby Cakes. That's where you have to choose your dessert from on the DDP. I hope everything there doesn't taste that nasty!!

Yes, there is a store in DTD - on the West Side - that is full of Vinylmations. I think it's where the Planet Hollywood merchandise store used to be.

Shelly, love the DTD pictures, we love DTD and I hardly ever see anyone put many pictures or comments about it in TR's! Seeing your boys in the Lego Store makes a bit sad, my ds will be 17 on Friday and our Lego days are behind us! Wish they would have had that at WDW's DTD back in his Lego days.

Can't wait to hear your stuff on the Poly, I gotta confess, I enjoyed CBR more! I'll be anxious to hear your perspective.
