We just adopted a dog and named him Gus after the mouse in Cinderella.

I had a chinchilla named Gus-gus when I was a kid(I originally wanted a turtle but the kind I wanted was illegal to own in this state, we have very specific pet laws). She was so sweet and round, so it had to be Gus-gus(at the time the name was selected we thought she was a boy).

Our Goldendoodle is named Casey. My 6 yr son came up with while we were trying to come up with Disney names for our puppy. "we should name her Casey because she is a dog and that is where we eat hot dogs at Disney World" I was never prouder of him.
