Kids are so thoughtful arent they-poor Zachary-it's hard for them to comprehend. My dad passed away recently and I had told my 5yr old that he was away to heaven to see his mum and dad and brothers and sisters who had gone before him which seemed to work well for about 2 weeks. On the way to school one morning he told me "it's all very well that Granda went to heaven to see his family but we were much happier when he was here on earth with us mum. Phone God and tell him it's our turn to have him back".
I love that you went with Jessica to the service-you are so right to take kids when they ask to go-bet Tom was chuffed too

So excited that you get to keep your August trip (fingers crossed). We are a family of 5 that loves our sit-down dinners at disney. Love my glass of wine in the evening-figure I'm owed it for surviving the day sometimes with 3 offspring whose ages cover 2 decades

WDW truly is the only place on the planet where a 5yr old, 14 yr old and 22yr old all want the same things

You can definitely save big time by cutting out a few adrs. We've done club once (love it) and we found their desserts much nicer and more than enough plus it was lovely having a class of wine or liquer coffee there to round off a meal. Via napoli is a good cheap option if you share the bigger pizzas and the chip shop in England (epcot) does really good fish n chips that you can easily share and still watch Illuminations. We picked up a couple of glasses of wine from france to enjoy while doing this

Picabu is the Dolphin. I definitely vote for a lazy Disney day

Sounds like heaven to me!
