I hated waiting for the beads but the kids wanted to. :confused3

The ride lengths were also worth it.

Hi, I just found your TR and have loved reading it so far! Great pics!:goodvibes I had wanted to write a TR for our Nov. trip but I kept putting it off and now it's too late...

I just saw this and wanted to let you know it is not too late. I am currently re-telling my July trip which was done already but some did not read it and wanted to but the pics were erased so I am doing it again.
I say go for it it is fun to do.

Great great pictures of the PPP fireworks. I agree about not waiting just for beads, but candy........................:thumbsup2

Your Castle pho-toes are awesome!!!!

NEEDLESS to say, your family's PPP outfitz are so cute/handsome! It's such a shame you lost all the ones with you in them  Hee Hee!

Jhammie, I'm lovin' this report!~ You Rock Sewin' Sistah!

Love the parade and castle pics! The one with the castle on fire is amazing!! Where did you get the shirt for your older daughter?? I must find one for my DD...she bought those exact ears last week. :thumbsup2 That PPP looks like so much fun!!

Wow! I love those castle pictures. I was a bit disturbed to see it on "fire"!:scared1:

The kids look absolutely adorable dressed up in their costumes! Come on, you can find a picture of you in your puffy shirt. I know you have one!!

Oh My Gosh I'm all caught up! I was so ingrossed that I was surprised to find I was reading today's posts. Loving your TR so far, and great pictures :thumbsup2 The one's of your kids on the beach at the Poly remind me of how much we loved going over to Treasure Island back in the 70s. It was always a nice break from the Magic Kingdom and you got it for free with a two day ticket! Most people now don't even know it existed.

LOVE LOVE the outfits!!! Where oh where did you find that darling t-shirt for your older daughter?! It's PERFECT!!! My step daughter would love it! I love the skirt as well!

I thought your littlest looked so cute with her minnie dot pants/cindy dress! She was very couture!!! princess: She was expressing two different sides to her fashion personality!

Isn't the parade FUN?! I think it's the best parade I've ever seen at Disney! The fireworks are pretty amazing as well!

can't wait to hear more!!!

:goodvibes

Why I made it of course! It was a little bit of iron-on and just the tiniest bit of sewing (the eye patch). I'm sure Sally could whip it right up with her new sewing machine! We really  the parade and fireworks! I'm glad we went!

Oh yeah, I forgot about the ride lengths. That was good :thumbsup2 You'll have to go again in the fall and you won't have to wait in line for beads (unless Biff makes you? :rotfl: )

Hmmm...that makes me want to do a tr of my cruise in Feb 2007! :rotfl: I actually did write up about the first half of it.

:lmao: My DH is going to be so shocked to find out I wasn't the only one to do this!

Great update.
I thought I was the only one that didn't do this when I first found the disboards! I'll tell ya, it's the only way to go when I must pack for and dress 4 kids each day (DH is no help in that area!)

Great great pictures of the PPP fireworks. I agree about not waiting just for beads, but candy........................:thumbsup2

Thank you!

Great update Jammie! I just love seeing pictures of those cute kids!!!

Thanks!

Wanted to let you know I love your TR so far, and those outfits for the kids...AWESOME! You are a great at sewing!!

Thank you, it has been fun. I just started sewing again last September I believe. My previous sewing experience was a couple of home ec. skirts and a couple of dresses for DD10 about 8 years ago. I have learned a lot from those disboutiquers in the last few months!

Ohhh! I'd love to do the pirate: and princess: party: It looks like so much fun!

Jhammie, I'm lovin' this report!~ You Rock Sewin' Sistah!

Thanks mama! you can borrow my puffy shirt if you want!

Love the parade and castle pics! The one with the castle on fire is amazing!! Where did you get the shirt for your older daughter?? I must find one for my DD...she bought those exact ears last week. :thumbsup2 That PPP looks like so much fun!!

Thanks, I made up a design and ironed it onto a t-shirt, then ironed on the "bling" crown and sewed on a fabric eye-patch.

Wow! I love those castle pictures. I was a bit disturbed to see it on "fire"!:scared1:

The kids look absolutely adorable dressed up in their costumes! Come on, you can find a picture of you in your puffy shirt. I know you have one!!
Thanks, Seth LOVED the castle on fire picture--he immediately said "did you get a picture of that mom?" and I showed him that photo and he was thrilled. I was kinda cool for a minute there. :rotfl:

I'm jealous! My first trip to the world was in 2001!!! That was a nice afternoon at the beach.

Ah, another beautiful morning in Orlando! We caught the bus to Epcot. We got inside the gates:

and a few steps later we heard choruses-- not of angels, but of "we are thirsty!" "I need a drink!" Hey, what's that over there? Oh yes, mommy will take you to get FREE SODA! Help yourselves! Belly up to the soda dispensers! :rotfl:

IMG_0557.jpg

(once again I bumped something on my camera so it is on a weird setting here--or wait, was I trying to be artsy? )

mmmm...Beverly!

After:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I don't remember giving the baby Beverly :confused3

IMG_0555.jpg

The kids loved tasting all the flavors! I had to drag them out of there. I was kind of nauseous. I usually do not drink stuff with sugar in it  Give me a good old Diet Pepsi any day! Once again we were off. DH ran off to pick up some fast passes for test track while we made our way towards The Seas with Nemo. Now my previous experience at Epcot was a stroll around (half of?) the world showcase without actually stopping anywhere--even to shop! :sad2: I know, it is pitiful. So everything was pretty much all new to us. We got to Nemo and tried to get pics of the kids. This is how it goes trying to get 4 kids to look at the camera at the same time when the sun is in their eyes. Although I must say it is not much better when the sun is NOT in their eyes.:sad2: Lesson learned: This is not the best photo location first thing in the morning!

IMG_0560.jpg

IMG_0562.jpg

and the photopass one:

IMG_0563.jpg

The line was pretty much non-existant :thumbsup2

In fact, we just ran right on and never saw any sign about no flash photography :scared: Didn't know about that until I read it in someone else's TR (I think scottny's)

the Bambi in the headlights look:

IMG_0567_edited.jpg

The kids loved looking at all the sea life after the ride.

Here is Lily's "Nemo jumper" I made. I also appliqued the "nemo mickey heads" on the t-shirts for the big kids.

IMG_0570-1.jpg

IMG_0571-1.jpg

Lily got SO MUCH attention ALL DAY LONG in this outfit! It was kinda crazy.

A hidden Mickey:

IMG_0574.jpg

I think Luke charmed his way through a large group of teenage girls to get to the sharks mouth :rotfl:

IMG_0577_edited.jpg

Finally we moved on. It was time to use up our fast passes on Test Track. That was a long fastpass line!

Do I see a little yawn?

IMG_0580.jpg

By then it was lunch time, so we walked over to Mexico and got lunch at the Cantina de San Angel. It was better than I expected and the kids loved having churros for "dessert".

IMG_0582.jpg

After lunch we went over to Mission Space. The line was actually pretty short. We did the green side. DS5 did not want to go on it. I was surpised because I'm sure he would have loved it. :confused3 So while DH and the 2 big kids went on it, I waited outside with the two littles and tried to keep them from killing themselves by falling off the big concrete bench we were on. Then it was my turn to go on the ride with the big kids. When we got off the ride I was surprised to find DH waiting here:

IMG_0586.jpg

Now if only I had known this when it was my turn to wait! The kids were loving it. We stayed a little longer while DH and DD10 played this:

IMG_0588.jpg

They won and got a pin or something. :confused3 I think those people are tired. :rotfl:

Next up: Mr. Clean and World Showcase.

great update and pics.

I read Epcot coming up I thought it was another day. :rolleyes1

Great Pics! The outfits look wonderful.

What is the deal with Beverly??? Is that considered "good" somewhere???

Cute Nemo outfitz!!!!

I love Epcot and the Mexico restaurant San Angel Inn rocks!

I think Beverly is an accompaniment to beer? NOT meant to be drank like a coke. There is a little explanation on the dispenser for each drink.
