DM - I'm glad that Jake is settled now. It is SO FRUSTRATING when things like that happen. We just dropped Mocha off at the "inn"... I always feel SO GUILTY when I do that - but it was one of my conditions if we were getting a dog - he had to get used to the boarder, because I wasn't changing my lifestyle. LOL

I am a nervous wreck - I just HATE "PRE TRIP" - I want to BE THERE!
This "evening flight" seemed like a good idea at the time of booking - now I'm worried about "thunderstorms" in our area. ugh...

Just received an email from SIL... Good news/bad news..... Bad news is they may REALLY screw up our Saturday DAYTIME plans, but
GOOD NEWS: WE MAY BE ABLE TO MEET YOU IN NORWAY! (Still not certain - but there's a better chance than before - they may come early, go to mass with us, and then head back to Jacksonville - so we would be back after church... now we won't be there in time to ride with you - but maybe we can look for all of you in the 'vicinity' - I'll call you on your cell if it actually works out!!!)

Hey DM--sorry I didn't get to chat either today. Had to take BA back to SC to see her friends for a long weekend. I drove straight down (3 hours) then back--then a delay in Charlotte as I had a tire blow out on the interstate.
(Thanks again AAA-Charlotte for fixing it in under 45 min! )
Got to go back and pick her up on Sun.

Anyway--
glad you got Jake figured out--I always worry so much about my pets--it's the first thing I think about when planning too and I hate things that go wrong.

So--did you get that laptop/blackberry packed? Cause you are giving Live updates right?? RIGHT???

We will miss you bunches and envy you even more!

Thank you TE! Nope, no laptop, no blackberry and you know what? Even if I had them I probably would not do live reports. I think I am going to be so tired that I'll probably crash whenever I get a chance. Plus, I want you all to really really miss me and anticipate my most excellent trip report.

Yes, I was packing at 9 pm. I was worried about you yesterday afternoon when they had all those tornado watches heading toward you. It was unreal. Looks like decent weather for flying out of Syracuse today. Take care and see you at Raglan Road!
