A Dis meet, loopy luau, and 1900 PF fight all on our June trip~plus more!'10 PTR link

Great update. I love your report on CRT it looks like you had a great time, was the food really good? I have uhmed and ahhed about eating here, wasn't sure if it was worth to or not.

When you say the little boy got on to the balcony, do you mean the one outside where people below can see you?

I don't get why PPF gets so busy, but me and DF always say thank god for FP's. Its such a cool ride, I love how you fly over London with all the twinkling lights. Don't remember it too well as we have only been on it once.

Eagerly awaiting your next update :)

While we have been to CRT for breakfast we have never been for dinner. It sounds delicious! Maybe when our girls grow up a bit. If I took them to the csatle to eat and they didn't meet all the princesses I would get lynched! :rotfl: It sounded nice that they wandered round and didn't come to the tables. Nice touch!

I'm glad you like the castle so much! I really hope to get there on my next trip. :goodvibes (Have you noticed I keep saying that?) Maybe I should just have you plan my next trip:laughing:

Looks like you had so much fun eating at CRT! It's so great just knowing that you are in the castle! :lovestruc

I remember when we ate there, we had some blueberry dessert, a blueberry buckle, maybe? It was fabulous!
And yay for pixie dust in the form of surprise fastpasses! PhilHarmagic is one of my favorites! Great update!

We'll be having dinner in the castle this trip - I'm looking forward to it. I've taken DD to the breakfast but this will be DS's first time seeing the inside of the castle. Sooooo excited!

You were?! How funny! We went to the Cardinal games Friday night and Saturday night. Friday during the day, we went to the Arch and ate at TGI Fridays. Saturday during the day, we went to the Zoo. Sunday before we went home, we went to Union Station and ate at the Hard Rock.

We were at the Marriott at Union Station for the National American Miss Pageant (dd11). Got to wander Union Station and dinner twice at Hard Rock, once at Landry's. Some of the folks wandered downtown and visited the Arch during breaks. Very busy but had a great time.

Hi! I just came across your TR and PTR the other night and have slowly been making my way through it. I am only halfway through with this TR, so I still have more catching up to do, but I'm hooked! I love your enthusiasm and love for WDW! It's nice to find so many people here that feel the same way. We leave in a week and I have already started my sleepless nights because I am so excited to go! :yay: I toyed with the idea of writing a PTR but seeing as how we leave in a week, it's probably too late. oops! I'm still pretty shy  about posting. But I just had to say hi since I love your TR! :wave2:

We have had lunch and breakfast in the castle...never dinner. Maybe we should try it one of these times?? I would love to fit another castle meal in out Dec trip, but don't think it will get in there :confused3! Anyway...looks like a good day at MK and nice pix at the Poly!

It really is good food for dinner!

The inside of the castle is so pretty! The chairs look very comfy. I have never thought about eating in the castle before. I guess I always thought the food would be really fancy...not sure why I thought that.

We thought it would be really fancy and not so good, but we loved it!

What a great way to spend some time in MK! Sounds like you thoroughly enjoyed your meal, and the setting is so gorgeous!

Crazy how that kid wandered off onto the balcony! Could happen to anyone though, kids can be so quick, and you only have to take your eyes off of them for 2 seconds. With 5 of my own, I know!

Keep the updates coming!

I felt so bad for the Mom when they brought the boy back to their table!

The food was REALLY good. We all tried bites of everyone's plates and we loved them all.

Yes, I think it's the one where people below can see you; only it was the back of the Castle.

PP will always hold a special place in my heart!

It was really nice not having to get up for pics and meet the characters.

 I'd love to help!

Ooh I think I remember reading that dessert!

Philharmagic is so neat!

Oh my gosh, when we were at Union Station, we walked by some Pageant girls over by the entrance to the Marriott! What a coincidence!

Aw, thanks so much! Glad you said something and thanks for reading along! :)

I'm so glad you got to eat in the Castle!!! I ate breakfast there in 06, and we all just LOVED it! I really think it's probably every girl's dream. Sorry about all of the technical difficulties. And that is CRAZY that the little boy was on the balcony! Thank goodness he didn't get hurt!

Yay! I am finally all caught up! After reading your posts, I can't wait to eat at CM! It'll be my first time eating there and my DD's (she's a little under 2yo) first time there. She loves Minnie so I hope she doesn't get too freaked out by her in person. She loved seeing the characters in your photos though. I love your ponytail/bun in that picture too. I need to find more interesting ways to get my hair off my neck for the heat and humidity. Can't wait to read more!

Oh gosh! Where did he buy swim trunks at? B/F bought some at the Team Mickey store!

Aw, go Brookie!

I think we will have to sacrifice and wake up one morning to do the rope drop!

You HAVE to try CRT sometime!

He ended up not even getting trunks then, but he got some either later in the evening or the next morning. He went back to Team Mickey and had more time to look, and he found some on sale. :thumbsup2

We're just used to doing rope drops as a normal part of our trips. We can get so much done in 1-2 hours, and as the crowds are filing in, we are going out.

I figure when Brooklynn and Bella are about two and five or three and six - that might be a good time for CRT That's Jill's call, though.

If you see the latest pictures I put up of my classroom, there's a picture of Brooklynn with the 'Steps' that is pretty cute.

Woo! You're all caught up! :woohoo:

Chef Mickey's is so much fun. You guys will have a blast!

Thanks about the hair comments. I twisted my bangs over to the side and pinned them back and then put it in a tail. It was great to have my hair off of my face!

You are awesome for making it to rope drops. :worship:

CRT is so much fun. I don't know about breakfast and lunch, but dinner was a blast!

Awww love CRT! That sucks that things kept breaking on you! Haha good luck finding that Woody costume ;)

I'm all caught up! Chef Mickey's looks like so much fun... I really want to try it on a fututre trip, but can't decide on breakfast or dinner? :confused3 Also, the pictures you took from the Contemp. were just gorgeous!
CRT looked awesome. I always get a little choked up looking at pictures of it- I have this one memory from when I was really little eating breakfast in the castle on our last day at Disney. If I am ever blessed with a little girl someday we are eating in the Castle on every trip!!!! :goodvibes

Thanks! The Contemporary will always hold a special place in our hearts. I couldn't believe the view we had from the observation deck that day!

Aw, I'm glad I could help you relive some memories!

:scared1: I would have said something. I am not a prude in anyway but really come on.

You are right about the PP line. It is always long. I don't know if is a slow loading ride or what.:confused3 We FP it every time!!!
