Okay advice needed

I’m finally getting round to planning and booking my next DLP holiday.

Leger are doing the trip I want for the weekend of November14th 2008 and I’ve finally got confirmation from work that I can have that period off Hurray!

I’m trying to decide if I should book for the Buffalo Bill Wild West show now when I actually book the holiday or wait and see when I’m there. What’s causing me to hesitate is that I’m hoping to see Fantillusion while I’m there and judging by the programme for this year – if they do the same thing next – I’m going to have to give one of them a miss.

If Fantillusion runs at 7 o’clock then I should be okay to see that and run in to see the later Wild West show but not if Fantillusion runs at 8:30. I’m having a real dilemma here.

Any suggestions? Am I likely to miss out on the Wild West show if I leave booking it until I actually arrive at the parks and see what time Fantillusion is running? Of the two I’m more interested in seeing Fantillusion but the Wild West show does at least give a lone traveller [sniff] something to do of an evening. I’m not one for the nightclubs so Hurricane’s is not somewhere I’d plan to go.

Personally I would hang fire unless Leger are offering at a price too good to be missed. It's a mid week when you are going and I doubt Buffalo Bills will be full. You could wait till nearer the time when the parade schedules have been confirmed and then just book direct with Disney.

I would wait with my reservation for Buffalo Bill too, it's hard to immagine it will be full early. Like ruthiebabie said, you can still make reservations let's say a week before you leave. If that's impossible via your TA, you can call the restaurant reservation line. I suppose they can arrange it for you.

'fraid I'm bias in my choice.. I'd wait until you are there ;)
That is because I just love the Fantillusion parade :goodvibes

I'm with the others ~ I'd wait until you're there. Buffalo Bill's is a fun evening but IMO Fantillusion has to come first.

You've all kind of backed up what I had thought to be honest. Of the two I'd be more upset to miss Fantillusion - it's the main reason I'm going at that time of year so it does seem a bit of a no brainer! At least if I book for after Fantillusion I'll be able to go indoors for a warmup :)
