Here's the back of my stroller. I had links going from one handle to the other plus a premade "curly ribbon bow" (bought from
walmart, attached with a hairband) hanging from the one handle. Also, you can't see it in the picture very well, but the same handle with the ribbon, I made a luggage tag with our contact info. All of these things I attached below the carrying strap, primarily to make it difficult for someone to "unpersonalize" just in case. Also, I printed out skinny pieces of paper with our contact info again and used packing tape to label our stroller on the cross bars underneath. Again, someplace not very noticable, so just in case our stroller was "lost", we could keep an eye out for it so to speak.

I want to say here, that I wasn't concerned in the least about our stroller being taken, but thought I'd take some precautionary steps.
And, you'll see my sons water bottle which hung there the whole time and my husbands hat, which was there most of the time as well. Neither part of the personalization plan, but ended up being part of it.
I really didn't need to personalize my stroller this year, as I never saw another one like it on this trip. When we went in 2006, I only saw one that whole trip in the same pattern/colors, but that was the model year/colors on my Maclaren Triumph.
