What a great ending to an Epcot day and a trip. I get sad when I leave the world, but it usually doesn't last too long, because when we get home I am ususally starting to plan the next years trip

Love the Tangerine Cafe!!!!! Its a def stop for us and the one combo with all the meats feeds us both fine and dandy! So Yummy!

So how are the Capri Crocs? I love mine. I wore them to Vegas for a long weekend and they are great. I do find that they end up getting a callous or an almost blister on the bottom of my pinkie toes! A precautionary band aid helps me and I have no problems!

i love the movie in france too, the imagery and soundtrack are just lovely. and though it's already been said many times, i must tell you that the first picture of leo with the bubbles is absolutely adorable!

I'm not going to sulk yet that your TR is just about over. I mean you said you were coming back with more and I'll be anxiously awaiting that. Your TR is one of my favorites and I'm not going to tell which ones are my not favorites (the ones I don't read and post on). I guess I just told you!

I love that pic of Leo with the bubbles. Totally adorable and frame-worthy. You are lucky that you live so close that you can visit a bit more often than the Welch family from New York (that would be me ).

While I have never needed a stroller, I can totally see me doing something similar to save a few bucks.

Hmm Love Boat, anyone ever play Chug Boat. Oh yeah fun times while watching Love Boat. Each player pics a regular character and everytime they are on screen you take a drink, if your character kisses someone, you chug what's left in your glass


I see your travels to France didn't end up with a visit to the Bastille, good for you.

I never tried the CS in Morocco, love Marrakesh. Morocco is one of my favorites to wander around in. Almost bought a rug there last time.

Just in case ya'll were dying to know....the country folk in these parts say, "rootabager" or "rooterbager" But still YUK! When I forced to eat them as a youngin, I would drown them with vinegar. And my dad used to hide Grandma's medication in them. Was that TMI?

Day Six continued… again.

I think it comes down to this: At WDW, I fill up on the good feelings spending time with those dearest to me brings. By the time we leave, I’m full to bursting. “The end” of our trip is hardly the end of anything. We know we’ll be back. Ready to fill up on those good feelings once more.

Yes, you are so right that the crepes in EPCOT are smallish. I think they are like baby crepes...but with the cost of Paris Crepes or higher (I always found them on the street stands for cheap..cheap...cheap. (and I am cheap, cheapest and cheaper!)



Is Grammy going back with you in a few weeks, or is she sitting this one out?

I felt so sorry for D with the little yakkin' man! Is he OK? Just an upset tummy? Hopefully not a flu bug that he passed along to mama! I always feel so sorry for the yakkin' babies because you really never know when they're gonna blow and neither do they.

I hope someone scolded E for not being more mindful of her sister's single parenting needs?

I've gotta get a Dole Whip next trip. I'm always put off by the line but I guess it's an inconvenience I will have to endure to score the DW.

I love everything about the WS and can't wait to go again. Definitely going back to the Tangerine Cafe! Love the China pavillion too....especially the acrobats. Amazing!

But....tell me where is the place that you took the cute outdoor pictures of Leo...with the bubbles? I don't know this place!?

BTW....Did I tell you there's this little boy at our church? I looked at him a few weeks back and thought...he looks so familiar. YES! That's it! He looks like V's boy! And guess what his name is....LEO! No ship!

Loved the whole thing, V! You are an excellent writer and storyteller.

Can't wait to hear about the next trip. Are you gonna write about this one or are you leaving it to Tracy and Jo?

How does the Dole Whip compare to the Citrus Swirl?

We always get the Citrus Swirl (located next to the Tiki Birds and behind Magic Carpets) and love it. Are they similar -- just using pineapple instead of orange?

Wow - two updates and I am so glad you got back to Epcot!! Sounds like you made the best of it at your Land meal...glad the characters were so great! I read one trippie where the characters completely ignored the couple. I mean they walked right by and snubbed them!

So you mentioned picking up FP for Soarin but did you finally get on the darn ride??? Its my fav!!!

I think you put into words how I felt leaving.....I was completely filled up and exhausted and not sad at all to be leaving! Glad you live so close and can visit often...hopefully that will be us in 10 years!

Leo is sooo cute and I love all your pics. What do you do with your pics when you get home? Oh and I love the one of you in France!

First, my apologies for the lack of individual replies this time - once again, I find myself swamped with work and subscribed to too many TR's Please know that I've read every reply on here and I so appreciate you taking the time to read and post.

A couple general replies...

Thanks for all the kind words about my photography. It's something about which I'm passionate but don't have the time to properly pursue. Someday... The bubble shots were, as always, luck of the draw. I've learend the trick to shooting kids and animals is shoot as many frames as possible, and maybe, maybe you'll wind up with one or two usable ones.

Yes, we're all - Gramma, Leo and V - going back in two weeks, but just for a 3 day weekend. Long story to that one - check out Lauralee131's pre-trippie for the lead up. My story follows hers pretty accurately. Minus the husband and plus a Gramma. WIll I have a TR from it? Well, a few weeks ago the answer would have been a definite "No." But we've added on to that trip in a weird way and a decent TR may come of it. We'll see. For now, I'll just say that I'll be making a long-awaited WDW Wish come true.

Don't worry, an Epilogue is still to come. Soon. ish.
