A couple questions please!

Ok, we're going back in 12 days!! We're only going into 1 park for 1 day because this trip is more for my daughters tournament, but I swear, I think this one day is harder to plan than a normal 7-10 day vacation! lol

A little background so my questions make sense - going on the trip are myself, my husband, our 3 daughters (only 2 are old enough for tickets) and my father. We are staying at a DtD resort, so technically off property, so no magic bands.

So here are my questions....
From past trips, we have all had magic bands. I was able to find mine and my 2 daughters, but not my husbands or my fathers. I had a friend bring us home a new, in-the-package magic band for my husband because he was bummed we couldn't find his. So.... How do I attach it to him?
We have obviously already purchased our 1 day tickets, but we do not have the actual ticket. Where do we pick that up at?? Will there be an issue with all of us using our linked magic bands, but then my father just using the ticket?

I think thats it... Please help!!!

1. Log onto your/his MyDisneyExperience account and add the number of the MB.
2. Do the same thing and register the tickets for everybody on MDE.
3. No. But, register him in your MyDisneyExperience account and add his ticket so you can make advanced FP+ reservations for everybody.

He can pick up his ticket at either Guest Relations at DTD, or ANY Guest Relations or ticket booth outside any WDW park, or at TTC.
