A couple of restaurant questions

How does Palio at the Swan compare to the Portobella Yacht Club for really good Italian food? Looking for something that the whole family will enjoy, including two pre-teen kids. Speaking of good Italian...has anyone tried Paesano's in the Crossroads Shopping Center near DTD? Thanks for your help!!

I can't comment on Palio's (although I also am a fan of Portabello Yacht Club).

However, I did go to Paesano in Crossroads in Sept. 2002 and we enjoyed it. It's not much atmosphere-wise, but the food was good. I don't really think I'd make a special trip to go out there (by comparison, I'd much rather go to Portabello's), but if I was out there anyway, I'd go to Paesano.

While neither is a spaghetti and meatballs kind of place, Palio probably has more "Italian" dishes per se than Portobello. IT's also more Italian in ambiance.
