A couple of Polynesian questions.

I am a Boardwalk gal, but due to a short notice trip, I will be staying at the Polynesian in early September. So, I need a little help on a couple of items...
What time will the monorails start running in the AM? I need to get the MK for EMM. When I stayed a couple of nights there last time, they were doing some work, so the monorails were on really odd schedules.

Also, has any used Amazon Prime Now recently at the Poly? Would like to have a few things delivered when I arrive (around 8:30pm). Where will they deliver my box, and will I have to carry it back to my room?

We just got back a few weeks ago from our stay at the Poly. We had a great time. We had an early breakfast on a Monday morning at BOG. The ADR was for 8am with park opening at 9am. The monorail wasn't running at that time, but they had buses running. I had forgot to check the monorail times, so we walked to the Ceremonial House around 7-7:15am before realizing they weren't running. So, we had to walk to the bus stop. But we were still through bag check and the main gate before they started letting people down through Main Street. They do post a schedule with the hours of transportation. So be sure to check that.
I didn't use Amazon Prime Now, but while I was waiting on something from Bell Services, I saw a man pick up an Amazon Prime Now order. Bell Services is outside the Ceremonial House right by check in. He had a couple of bags and a case of water. Bell Services had it on a cart, but they wouldn't let him take the cart, so he had to figure something out. I am not sure what he ended up doing. So, my only thought would be to bring along those who can help carry everything.

You can also just call Bell Services from your room and ask them to drop the items off.

Bell Services will take your luggage and any other items to your room. You must be in your room for delivery and a gratuity will be expected.

Last year I had 2 boxes delivered.

1 from Amazon Prime
1 from FedEx

Once I got confirmation online that my packages were delivered I just went to the front desk and they asked me if I would like my packages now or delivered to my room - I just took them right there! It was a super easy process.
