^^ I agree. Funny thing with most of those attorney commercials is they are actually NOT attorneys and it seems to be some 3rd party referral service. My guess is they want a cut of the $$ attorneys make from all of those lawsuits. With most lawsuits, the lawyers end up with the majority of the $$, hence the reason to always be advertising about suing some company.
Products I don't like (Pepsi, for example), no amount of clever advertising, having a popular celebrity spokesperson or catchy tune will change the fact I don't like the taste of their product. I never buy any product just become some well-known movie star/celebrity speaks highly of it. Their paid endorsement means nothing to me since I wouldn't be surprised to find they have never even used the product.
