Holy cow! I have a LOT of apples. We picked a bushel (around 42 pounds) and then a little extra. I know that some of them are destined for apple sauce, but what else should I make? I need some ideas!!
They are mostly Red delicious and golden delicious, but there are some staymans, jonagolds, and gala's too. No pie apples (well maybe the staymans) but we are going back in two weeks to pick granny's for apple pie filling.
