Thanks everyone! After another "slap down" from management I have DH scouring the job ads; something I haven't done for 4.5 years. It is definitely time after a melt-down at home on Wednesday. We can't possibly keep up with the horrendous number of calls and emails concerning a new online timesheet. By not acknowledging to the employees affected that there is a problem management ignored and caused, we are considered at fault by those employees since we are the Help Desk.
And this is not the first time something like this has happened by any means. This just happens to be the worst example in my 4.5 years and I can't stand to work where the same simple, obvious things could be done to prevent problems and they are never done.
