WARNING: THIS POST IS NOT FINISHED!

Thursday was our DHS day.

We have only needed to spend one day here in the past, b/c it is a bit grown up for Isabelle in many parts. We were looking forward to the Toy Story ride, though! Matt's favorite ride is Buzz's Spin! We were admitted early and I assumed there wasn't any problem until a CM tried to usher us into the Einstein breakfast, LOL , back out we went with a lugh and smile! We were even joking about it with the front CMs. They finally let us in and we headed straight for the rope, we'd never seen the rope show at DHS before. While we waited Isabelle did some pin trading.

(I seem to be missing some of these photos, sorry! They were in a different file. I'll add them later.)
At the drop we followed closely on the heels of our CM, as we weren't permitted to pass her by an inch. She gave us instructions as we walked. Soon we were in line and I was snapping pictures of the cool que! At least until my card filled!!!!
After the ride, we hopped on again! The line was still short! Then I sent Matt and Isabelle through an exhibit while I trekked to the camera center for a new card.

When we met up again, we went to meet Prince Caspian! It was the highlight of Isabelle's day!
We checked out the Narnia area, then headed for tthe Playhouse Disney area.

We didn't watch the Playhouse Disney show. It was too hard to even think about going back in there. Levi loved that show, I know the show has changed, but it still hurts. I have the cutest video of Levi there, maybe I'll figure out how to post those someday.
Here is Isabelle in the animation area.

It was about lunch time, so we headed towards Pizza Planet, which was pretty good, but DHS is SERIOUSLY lacking in the food area! More about that later.

I hear you about places to eat at DHS, we ate at Pizza Planet last time, it was good but nothing to write home about, you know? I forgot how cute Isabelles outfits were, can't wait to see the rest of them!!

We finished up, hitting almost everything we wanted to see, then headed back to Pop for a clothing change.

We waited on the bus back to DHS.

And waited...

It finally arrived!!! But we were now 15 min. behind schedule. We got the the park and found that we hadn't lost our reservation, but we'd have to wait another 20 min. to be seated. Well, then we'd miss part of Fantasmic, which is one of my favorite shows, ever! So we opted to grab something on the fly. Did you know most of DHS shuts down about 8PM? Strange! We ended up eating junk! But I got to see my show!

After, we weaved our way through the crowds to our bus. We got to Pop and decided we could use more junk, so we got sundaes! Matt and Isabelle, although about to fall asleep, played several games of Mrs. Pacman and Astro.

Then we headed to our room to get some rest.

I always wanted to say thank you. Your thread seems like the perfect place to do so. As you can see by my date I have been a closet Diser for over 2 years. But by my post, I am one of the biggest lurkers. My favorite place is the Trip Reports.

I am on here at least once a day. I always wanted to send a mass thank you to all of the Trip Reporters for sharing their lives with us. Your report has inspired me to do so.

Thank you for sharing your life and family with us. You have made at least me feel like a part of your family as you have gone through all your emotions and days. I am praying for you.

We had a bittersweet trip of our own in 2003, my cousin (21) died in a car accident exactly 3 months before our huge family trip to the Mouse. His mom, my aunt decided at the last minute that going to Disney with her daughter and the rest of her family was a great way to remember him. It seems Disney is a place where you can remember your family at some really happy times. I am glad we took that trip, because it was the last trip I ever got to take with my grandfather (he went with us on every one of our 20 some trips prior). So those bittersweet memories were just what we needed.

You are a beautiful family, I will always pray for you and keep you in my thoughts.
