Today they tried to let Aaron breath on his own without the respirator. He is breathing 60% on his own which is a good sign. He is in quite a bit of pain, so when it gets too intense, his breathing is affected and they determined to leave the respirator in for a few more days. The swelling is down a little and he is moving his arms and legs. They still recommend that Aaron just rest and keep him as quiet as possible. The visitors will be limited for the next few days. They anticipate moving him to a different room when he is able to breath on his own. This is a GREAT sign!!!!!!!!! I -removed-will be setting up a schedule to help -removed-with any help they will need. By doing this, -removed- will know a week or two in advance of who will be helping with -removed-, household things, sitting with Aaron when they cannot be there etc. I will be giving my telephone number in the next day or so when I find out there needs and to all of those who wish to help, it would be greatly appreciated. His progress looks very GREAT! Thanks for all of the well wishes, -removed- will be reading them tonight while they stay with Aaron. God bless to all of you and your families.
