Sorry if you all know this already, but DH and I went to the 99 for lunch today and they have a great lo-carb menu! DH got steak tips, that came with broccoli, and mashed cauliflower. I got a steakburger Ceasar salad - a grilled burger on top of the salad, sprinkled with crumble bacon and blue cheese chunks. It was beautiful!
They also had a cheesecake listed, but it didn't say sugar-free, so don't know about that.
