In all honestly what do you expect. I tried from 8:30-9:30 AM. Started reading online (slickdeals) the answers people were getting. Pretty much standard script answers (heard management having meeting and reviewing orders, etc). Everyone who slammed the site last night and got that message is trying to get through. I have the unable to process but no cancellation but holding out no hope that it will arrive. Someone on SD or FW said something about existing customers not being cancelled yet...IDK if that is BS or truth. I am existing customer but still not holding out much hope.
I expect to be allowed to wait if I wanted to not to be told, too many calls and be hung up. I think thats crappy.
