Yay, our Touchpad has shipped from SMB. Our order shows shipped and the tracking says it will arrive on Tuesday. DH will be happy it is for him, I already have and Ipad 2.

They only show a 16gb and it is priced at $399 now. That doesn't look good.

For those who are just now receiving their touchpads through HP small business, were you charged shipping? My credit card was charged over $21 in shipping. The last email I received prior to the tracking number said shipping would be free. The FAQ on their website also claims this.

Even if I have to pay the shipping, $128 isn't bad for a $310 device. I'm more annoyed that FedEx took over 24 hours to pick up the package. The actual journey once FedEx had it was 4 hours. I could have had the Touchpad to play with over the weekend, instead of the taunting message I have now "on truck, waiting to be delivered next business day".

I have a pending transaction from HP on my Amex for 126.81. Showed up this week. Previously, after ordering I had a 128.00 transaction, which was pending for about a week and then dissappeared. I haven't rec'd any recent emails however.

If they would just send the Tablet, I will also happily pay for shipping, seeing as how many around us have paid ebay and craigslist prices!!

I would call them and ask to have shipping removed. I was told multiple times I would not be charged for shipping and will be peaved if they try to charge me $21 to send it to me after I waited 6-8 weeks. I already have mine, one of the ones I have on back order is going to a co-worker of mine and one to DHes co-worker. They are paying the cost, but they shouldn't have to pay shipping either.

i received an email from hp smb saying my order should ship in the next 2 weeks. Then a few hours later one that said my order has been shipped with tracking numbers They did charge me shipping so I guess I need to call them to get credited, such a pain in the butt!

Consider yourself lucky! I have yet another random pending charge on my card (and it includes shipping). No emails since August.

The remainder of my order from HP has been shipped out and according to the tracking number, is set to arrive in my home on or about the 6th Then my sister and my friend will be getting their's.. since that is who these 2 are for...

I really don't understand this -- I'm sure they're not in a big hurry, since they're losing money on it, but they sold the darn things, how long does it take to ship them out? The kids don't think I'll ever get it, and I'm beginning to wonder myself.

I received an email last night stating that my order will ship by 10/31....

It was weird because they split my original order into 2.....I ordered 2-32 gb

FYI- Charges appeared again this morning for both touchpads (no shipping)....taxes were calculated at the wrong rate!

The two I ordered are on the Fed Ex truck for delivery this morning. Looks like the long wait is coming to an end. Can't wait to see my daughter's face on her birthday when she opens it.
