9 year old and meal plan

Hi, Does anyone know if a child (9 yr old) can order fried chicken at the 50's Prime Time Cafe if they are on the dining plan?

I don't believe it's "regular" fried chicken...but chicken strips/nuggets. If you have a child's dining plan, they will have to order from the childrens menu. Here is a link to the 50's Prime Time kid's menu:
