Anyone staying in FL before or after your cruise? We will be leaving for WDW on August 28th, staying at Kidani. We planned this trip 2 years ago, I can't believe it is almost here!!

My DH and I are going down on Aug 30 to stay at the Contemporary for a few days (my b'day is Aug 31). And the kids and Grandmother will join us on Wednesday night before the cruise. I did invite the kids to join us, but they actually didn't want to miss anymore school than necessary for the cruise. . . . hate it . . .

This will be our first time at the Contemporary, so I'm excited about that. The rest of our group will also be at WDW before the cruise enjoying "free dining" and staying at the Pop Century.

Only 23 more days!!!!!

Yes, we are all side by side and in cat 5s too. We're in cabins 7594 to 7604. Are you anywhere close? Our group cruised like this spring break and we all took the bounce back offer together to do it again.

Thank you! That is great! I would hate to be seperated. When DCL did our first upgrade, they gave us two rooms on different sides of the boat, we declined (hated doing so, but we want them together), then they called the next day, with two adjoining, that was AWESOME! We are very happy!

No, I can't wait! All of us are EXCITED!! When we made reservations, I never thought this day would get here. LOL A little info, I have a phobia of underwater life/large bodies of water. When dh and I were looking through our DVC book, I suggested we take a cruise. He was shocked.....so was I. If everything goes well, we are planning on booking a 7 night Western Caribbean Disney Cruise, for our anniversary next year (Oct 2010), just the two of us.

Hi this is our first DC. There are three of us and we are so excited. I have read all the tips on the forum so I think we are ready. Any suggestions, tips, etc are appreciated. We are staying at the Bay Lake Towers before the cruise so we are even more excited. We did get a stateroom upgrade so I am more excited now.

Cyndixo, this is my first cruise, sorry I can't give you any pointers.

One great idea I found, is to bring a photo matte (remove it from the frame, or purchase them at Michaels/JoAnns), and have the characters sign it (add your photo). I do not have the link, but the pictures of the finished product looked awesome! Great idea, and a wonderful keepsake!

Hello fellow cruisers! My family and I will be sailing on the Disney Wonder on September 3-6! This will be our second cruise and we are very excited!!! The first cruise was also on the Wonder and we were inside staterooms on Deck 2. They were very nice and big staterooms considering they were inside. This time we have two connecting VERANDAH staterooms on Deck 6!!!! We can't wait!! Only a few more weeks!!!!!

Any teens going on the cruise?

My group has 7 teenagers going: the girls' ages are 16, 15, and 14, and the boys' ages are 15, 13, 13, and 13.

My brother is 15. He said this time he wants to spend a lot more time in the teen club! I however can't go there anymore, since I am 19. But we will all still have a blast!!

My kids are 16 (ds) and 17 (dd), I am also bringing my 2 godsons (18, and 3 years old).

We are leaving in 6 days and I can't wait!!
