I think the Six Flags near us is opening around Easter for the weekends and in May they'll be open everyday. I don't like that park much though. It's always really crowded and there's waits for everything. I mean, if Disney can move their crowds, why can't Six Flags? If I don't have to wait in a 2 hour line for Space Mountain, why is there one for a Six Flags rollercoaster? :confused3

I haven't been to Six Flags over GA in about 2 or 3 years it is NASTY!!! After going to Disney so much and it is always clean the castmembers are always so nice and the food is great going to Six Flags is a BIG LET DOWN!! there is gum all over the trees while you are waiting in line they charge you a little more then disney for food and they give you half as much as disney does and the place is FILTHY!! most of us out here refuse to go there. I guess since i love WDW so much that almost no park can meet my expectations (except for Busch Gardens and Universal)

I feel the same way about our Six Flags! And after going to Hersheypark and seeing how nice that place is, I don't get why Six Flags can't straighten out.

its not like they are hurting money wise especially here that is one of the few things to do (the only other things to do here are the GA Aquarium, World of Coke only b/c you get to try coke from around the world, Stone Mountain and white water if it is open) Now with Savannah there is alot of Historical places to see which would make me happy but alot of people only want to do exciting stuff not get a history lesson i guess i am a weirdo :rotfl2:

I've never been to Savannah. I hear it is beautiful though. I stayed just outside of Savannah when I drove down to Disney. We're planning on doing that again.

i work at a theme park, and we're open full time from next saturday, but we open weekends all year round. its no fun when we're open full time though as i'm not allowed to park on site when we're open so have to park about a mile away and walk back!

i read all of your PJ yesterday too, it sounds like its going to be a great wedding!

i havent been able to book my free dining yet, its only available to disney visa card holders at the mo, but i can book from monday. so i'll be on the phone straight after work on monday to get it all booked. cant wait!

karentan- i can't remember did you say that yall have second seating? if so that gives me a chance of actually knowing the people we sit with. I will be crossing my fingers and hopeing that we get to sit with someone from our Meets board.
The last time i went we didn't have to worry about who we were going to sit with b/c there were 6 of us so we took up a whole table.

it sucks that yall are on first but i can understand why you are but me and my DFi are use to eating late (at my house we don't eat dinner til my mom gets home which is after 7pm since she works in midtown ATL)
Savannah is really nice i only got to spend about 3 days there b4 we left for my aunts house in Melbourne so i didn't get to see everything i wanted to so i told them that i have to go back soon.

I picked the first rotation so we would have room for all the buffets later on during the night. I heard the Pirates party has a big buffet! My DBf likes to eat! :rotfl:

From the pictures that i have seen of the dessert buffett it looks pretty good but my DFi mom cooks so much normally we are use to eating alot (typical southern style A WHOLE LOT OF LEFT OVERS!)

Last cruise we were on, we stuffed ourselves. We weren't even hungry but if there was a buffet, we were there!

i'll know on monday for definate if we're coming on the cruise but its looking pretty good!!
Lainey, i'm probably going for second seating, we did it last year, and although we didnt finish dinner until 10-10.30 some nights, i just dont fancy having to have dinner at 5.30. thats too early, if they did a 7pm dinner seating i'd be all for that! so 8.15 is fine for us.
it'd be great to know our dining mates, we were sat with 2 other couples last time and they didnt seem to be enjoying their cruise as much as we were, they were ok, just a bit hard to get a conversation out of.
if some of us on here wanted to sit together, we could always try and link our reservations so we can get the same table?

that would be great i have only been on one cruise where i had to share the table with people i didn't know and they never wanted to talk luckily they only ate in the dining room i think 1 or 2 nights so i didn't have to see them that often.

Ya'll are making me want to switch to second seating so we can all sit together. I'm sure if we all requested it, they'd have no problem accomodating us. Last cruise we went on, the people we sat with didn't talk very much!

I can't stand eating dinner with people that don't like to talk it should be obvious that i TALK TOO MUCH!! If we could do that it would be great.

well if we're all up for it, between us 3 we'll fill up a normal table of 6, sounds like it could be a plan! last time getting a conversation was like getting blood out of a stone, it wasnt easy at all.
jenny, switch to second dining, we can all hit the pirate night buffet after dinner!!

I kept trying not to laugh at the people I sat with last time. You could tell they had never been on a cruise before. The one guy was arguing with the head waiter because he wanted to cut his own lobster. Sheesh, just let him do his job!

That'd be fun!! Either way, we'll all have to meet up at the POTC party!

Yeah i am gonna get greg and I shirts while we are at disney that have POC on them for that night since they said it is the one night where you don't have to dress up and you can wear blue jeans and a tshirt and any pirate stuff you want i may have to get a bandana
