hows work going anyway?
i'm bored! i've had a relatively productive day off, done all my xmas cards, wrapped presents, done all my washing and ironing, got the money for 2 of the 3 spare muse tickets (yay!), but now there's nothing on tv and i'm bored. gary's in holland for the night, so its just me. i'm going to take cerby out for his night time walk in a bit, but at the mo, i've resorted to watching jonas. yes there really is NOTHING on. so scraping the bottom of the barrel with the disney channel at mo!

Work was pretty quiet today. The usual people I chat with are not here so I've been half asleep all day. Not very exciting! I need to start wrapping my presents. I've mostly finished my shopping. I just need to get cards, lotto tickets for my grandma, and maybe one more gift for Joe and I'm done!

what are you getting joe? i've got gary tickets to see bon jovi, he's wanted to see them for ages but never got round to it.
so next year i've got muse, bon jovi, and jeff dunham to look forward to!!
wierd thing is, as much as i love muse, the one i'm looking forward to most is jeff dunham!

I got Joe a bunch of little things. We both agreed not to go all out because we're going to Disney in Feb.
My SIL is obsessed with Bon Jovi. Like me with NKOTB, take that and it's about 100x worse.

i like their music, its ok, but its wasnt like i'd ever want to see them live, but gary really wants to go see them, but has got no one to go with, so i got 2 tickets, and we're both going.
now muse, thats another thing, i cant wait to go see them again, they're awesome!!
and really CANNOT wait to see jeff dunham, think he's hilarious and it'll be great to see his show live!

Is he the guy with all the puppets? I think he has his own show on Comedy Central.

I like Bon Jovi's old stuff. His new stuff is horrible lol. I could probably lose tenancy in the state of NJ for saying that. And he's a bad tipper!

yeah jeff dunham is the one you're thinking of, he's got a show on comedy central over there, but its not on our comedy central over here
to be honest i'm not that bothered about bon jovi, but i'm going because gary really wants to go.

how's work? arre you feeling any better now?

Not much to tell really. He's from New Jersey so he eats at a lot of local places. A lot of restaurants have framed copies of his signed receipt...with a 10% or less tip. For someone who has so much money, he sure seems cheap!

Work is work. Nothing exciting. I feel like absolute crap.

have you had many customers? at least that might keep your mind off feeling ill, whats up anyway?

Na, I've only had 2. I woke up with a scratchy throat. On top of that, I just feel worn down and have a lot on my mind.

sorry to hear that, i've still got a cough from the chest infection i had a couple of weeks back and now i've had the sniffles and scratchy throat the past few days too, so i know how you're feeling.
i'm still trying to figure out what to do about work too, and its weighing on my mind a bit.

mary's in WDW right now, i think we both need a holiday somewhere warm and sunny.......

I could definitely use a getaway to someplace sunny and warm. I wish I lived closer to florida so I could just go on a 2 or 3 night cruise for a weekend just to get away.

Have you talked to your boss yet?

nah i haven't had the chance, I'm not in work there til Tuesday and thats the only day I'm working there before xmas too. Don't know what to do, not even 100% sure if I'm getting my job at Disney. Don't know when they actually make the decision. I just know that I'm not scheduled for anything after the 31st

If anyone would like to go on a 7 night cruise in Jan for 25 bucks a person, let me know. You'd just have to take me with you!

$25 per night or per person total? either way, damn thats cheap! why cant we get cheap prices like that!!

got some good news today at disney, my store manager says she deffo wants me to stay after xmas and she'll let me do 12 hours a week instead of 8, so its now worth me asking my theme park boss to keep doing part time. just got to try and pick a good time to bring it up..... well its gotta be tomorrow as its my only day there before xmas, and i've gotta "apply" for a permanent disney contract by the 24th. will let you know how it goes......

$25 a night per person, so $175 plus tax. Still a great deal!

its only 9.42pm here, but we're thinking of going to bed in a bit, i'm really cold at the mo, and hiding under the duvet sounds a damn good idea right now. i think my chest infection is back, i've been feeling really bleugh the last couple of days, and i just dont feel right at the mo.
