Mary - BCV is so nice! I loved it there! What kind of villa do you have? We stayed in a studio, which was pretty big, I was surprised!

I miss Disney. I can't wait to go back.

lol, i think i've managed to figure out a way to go to see them on friday, gary's going to come straight from the airport to meet me and we'll go up to london friday night

i've been frantically searching and bidding on ebay for tickets, and i've finally managed to win one, I'M GOING TO SEE MUSE ON FRIDAY!!!

just a little bit overexcited at the mo! gary decided he didnt really want to come so it's just me going but he's picking me up from the arena after the show so i dont have to get the train back on my own late at night

Karen, yay for getting to see Muse!! I have no idea who they are...i'll have to look them up in itunes. I have this friend from high school that I always drag to concerts with me, since Tim won't go. He even likes Britney, so it's good to always have someone to go with!!

So, we are booked on the Maiden Voyage of the Dream!! I got exactly the category that I wanted, and the location too. I went onto the website at 6:15ish just to make sure everything was working, and it was already open for booking!! We got stateroom 2032, which is an oceanview room mid-ship on deck 2. I figured since Tim got a little motion sickness last time, lower and mid-ship would be better. I am SO excited!! Now I just have to cancel the Alaska cruise. I'll call and do that later, the phones are going to be nuts this morning!!

Karen, I saw on your fb status that you're going to see Muse. Awesome! Do you have someone else who'd want to go so you won't be there by yourself? Why doesn't Gary want to go?

Mary, woohoo!! That's so cool. I've never been on the MV of a ship before. When is it? LOL. I'm clueless.

Nevermind! I just looked it up! It's close to Joe's birthday but a $400 deposit per person is just not going to happen right now!

Jenny, get the Disney Visa, then you have 6 months 0% interest...so it's only a little over $100 per month!! LOL!! It would be fun to have someone we know on board! There are TONS of people on the meet thread already, this is going to be a very Dis Cruise!

I just looked again on Disney's website, only Verandah rooms and higher are available. I'm so glad I booked earlier today!! I still have to call and cancel the Alaska cruise, none of the on-board booking things transfer to the MV of the Dream, so I figured it was just easier to book online myself and cancel the other.

How is work today? Still slow?

When I looked a little while ago, there were still inside staterooms available. I guess they're gone now! I like that they have a "virtual porthole" in the rooms. I head Disney characters even show up in them. We'll miss the MV but we'll definitely be on that ship at some point in 2011!

I really, really hope DCL is going to offer travel agent deals for next year. Right now they're offering a Nov 7 night sailing and a Dec 7 night for $175/person. FOR THE ENTIRE CRUISE! That's insane! I have no vacation time left or I would have jumped on that. Keeping my fingers crossed that it comes up for next year!

Work has been pretty slow. We have some days where we're steady but it's going to continue to be this way until at least March...

That is a crazy good price!! You should tell your work that it would be good experience to go on the 7 day cruise so you had more information for Clients!! LOL!!

I wish I could do that! It's too bad I didn't have more vacation time left. They started offering it right after we returned for our vacation in Sept!! Here's hoping they offer it again for next Oct...

i'm still keeping fingers crossed that gary's planning a surprise cruise, i know he's planning something and through things that have leaked out i'm pretty sure its a cruise, just not sure what or when

nah i couldnt find anyone else who wanted to go see muse at such short notice, its only 4 days away now, with any luck my ticket should turn up in the post tomorrow. gary doesnt mind them but he's not too into their music, he jokingly calls it goth rock, so he wasnt all that bothered about going. i didnt see the point of paying so much for him to go if he wasnt going to enjoy it. so turns out i'm going on my own! i'm about 2/3s down the arena from the stage, on the top level, but i'm in the front row so at least i wont have anyone in front of me, so i dont have to worry about having to spend 2 hours looking at the back of someone's head!!

todays day at work went a hell of a lot better than last monday, had a really crappy day last week but today was good back at the theme park tomorrow, will probably be spending a good chunk of the day signing 200-odd christmas cards......

I know!!! That price is unbelievable! They've offered it on 4 sailings so for this year. I guess they offer it to TAs just to try and fill up the ships. For a 7 night Disney cruise?? You can't beat it. They even offered it for next week's sailing that's stopping twice at CC. I would LOVE that. I really hope they do the same thing next year.

I paid off the balance of our hotel room for our Feb trip. Joe's in charge of getting our airfare and then we have to get him a ticket. I'm not going overboard planning this. I stressed myself out with the Sept trip and considering it's a vacation, it shouldn't be that way!! I made our ADRs and we have a plan as to what parks we're hitting on what day but we don't plan on park hopping like crazy. I had a blast on the last trip but hopefully this will be a little bit more relaxing!

Glad you had a better day at work. I got a booking today and learned that I met my revenue goals for the year so I don't have to worry about that! Just gotta hit my booking quotas for Nov and Dec and I've already got half of them for Nov.

hey yall how is everyones day going?
Well greg and i will be booking our 2011 cruise on the Dream this week we are doing the 4 night on sept 25th we cant wait we were thinking of doing the 3 night again but we want the day at sea and have more time to explore the new ship it looks so cool. Karen that is great that you are going to see MUSE i have only heard of a couple of their songs but i like them alot.
sorry i havent been on in a while i usually get emails telling me when someone posts but there must be a problem now it only sends me one ever couple of weeks oh well.
Mary thats great that you and tim are going on the maiden voyage yeah when greg and i were pricing up our cruise we looked to see what was left on that cruise and there were only staterooms with verandas left it sure did book fast but it is after all the first cruise and yall will get to be in a room that no one has stayed in yet that is so cool.

yeah i cant wait til friday night, i've wanted to go see them for years but have always been kinda put off by the size of the venues they play. but we went to see disney on ice at the o2 arena last week and it wasnt as big as i thought it'd be, so now i'm going!

jenny, yay for meeting your quotas, at least thats one less target you have to worry about! still cant believe the prices of those cruises though!

i think i've got a day ahead of signing hundreds of christmas cards. i had to type all the address labels last week so i think i cant get out of having to sign them today!! think my hand will be dead by the time i finish!
