Speaking of DL, I may drive you nuts asking questions and getting tips to make the most of our time there. There's tons of info about WDW everywhere but DL not so much.

Bring the questions on! Ha. We've been going quite a bit lately, and have been passholders regularly for the past 3 years I think?

I ran into someone at DL once who said they hated that WDW was so big and took so long to get to where she wanted to go. I thought it was comical. The size can be a little annoying when it's crowded, especially in certain areas, but it's home. HA. Wow, Disney freak much? LOL.

Sigh, I was so stressed about Disney withdrawal that a niece has gifted me with some DVC points so I can get my Disney on this December! 2 nights at OKW will do me just fine, thank you!
I've never seen WDW at Christmastime and am really looking forward to it!
I can now relax in the 16 months before our cruise! Yeah, right...

Wow there is a fair amount of activity here already! I JUST got off my Alaskan cruise on the Wonder TODAY! lol booked this cruise while I was onboard cause I loved it so much, this will be my second cruise and my bf's first! I'm excited wish I could be back on much sooner! I am planning on spending at least a few days at Disneyland/Universal ect post cruise gotta go back and catch up now! Oh and has an FE list started? is anyone interested in doing one? I participated in this last cruise and it was TONS of fun!

Well helloooooo!!!! Sounds promising if you booked another Wonder cruise while on a Wonder cruise.

We've not started an FE list. I guess we should see if there's much interest. I'm participating in the exchange for our upcoming first ever cruise on the Dream in September. Anyone else interested????

I'm def interested in being part of the fish extender exchange. I've spent lots of time looking at the homemade FE thread -- not that I'm crafty at all but I like seeing what other people are capable of. LOL.

My BFF and I have been referring to this cruise as "Pirates Of The Pacific". I don't know if anyone is interested in using that as our group name. Anyone else have any ideas? I'm not really good at making digital images but if we did come up w/ a name we could probably ask one of the DISigners to make us a logo.

BTW, I'm sure some/many of you have seen footage of the riot that rocked Vancouver the other night. As a Vancouverite, I want to assure you that's not normal and Vancouver is still a very wonderful, safe city. Yesterday tons of people showed up downtown to help city crews clean up. That's the "real" Vancouver.

Does anyone else want to be the keeper of the FE exchange list? If not I don't have a problem doing it. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

I haven't seen the riot stuff but I don't think I'd be detered if I had. Our cruise is still a really long time off.

I'm not super talented with it but I do dabble in photoshop a bit so I could try to come up with something, otherwise asking a DISsigner to do something sounds good!

I also don't mind keeping track of the FE list

Sweetpee I noticed your going to WDW in Sept, our trips overlap by four days! my bf and I are headed down from Sept 20 - Oct 4 maybe we will bump into you! I know its a long shot! I can't wait we leave in 85 days! (we are taking a red-eye from Seattle so we leave the 19th (unless we add a couple days in Seattle before))

ETA: so we didn't have a logo for my last cruise, but is this kinda along the right lines?

The September 3 cruise is an almost sure bet, this one is iffy as it falls the first week of school--we will have to get approval for the kids to miss that and can't ask until probqably around Christmas time--but we think we have a decent chance of getting it (I sure hope so).

This will be the DCL cruise that makes us Platinum in Castaway Club

DD--Marika (15 on cruise)
DS--Rio (13 0n cruise)

We booked this cruise along with the Sept 3 Alaska cruise on our Dream cruise last month! Right now it will just be myself and DH. But there is a chance that our DD21 may join us, along with my parents. Still far enough away that we may get company. Looking forward to the time on the Wonder and heading back to CA. Both myself and my husband were born and went to college (Univ of the Pacific) in CA. Now the wait starts..........

Hiya! I have only recently discovered the DIS boards. I had been an avid lurker/occasional poster on cruise critic and mouse planet but it seems like this site is accessed a lot more frequently...

We will be on this cruise too! It will be our kids' first cruise (hubby and I did one Caribbean cruise with RCL before) they are really excited. Especially the concept of being able to pick any food they like at no extra charge...(you would think it would be the entertainment or the pool , but nooo .... I guess they are kids after my own heart lol) Seems so long away though, the kids have to complete one whole grade of school and one whole summer before our vacation!! lol My kids are 7 and 9 (will be 8 and 10).

Also we will be going to Disneyland for a week after that to catch up on all the new stuff there. Can't wait for our two weeks of DIsney!

I'm debating on having a day in LA area for a little down time that is actually not Disney related lol do any of you have any ideas? I like shopping but that wouldn't be my family's idea of fun. My hubby and kids would like to go to Legoland but I think i've read that you really need a couple of days for that? The kids and I would like to do a beach day, .....I have no clue where we would go for the best though.

We might be curious to join on a fish extender group if that gets started...don't quite know the details of how that works, but I will read up on it.
