Day - Thursday, April 7
After 3 parks on Wednesday, we slept in today. Late breakfast in the room from Roaring Forks, and then we all hit the pool. After some swimming and sliding, we went over to the Marina and rented some Sea Raycers! This was a lot of fun! Cruising around Bay Lake and the 7 seas lagoon was fantastic!
We had lunch Roaring forks, cleaned up, and got on a bus for MGM. We arrived about 3:15, got an autograph from Mickey and Pluto, and went to Beauty and the Beast (first time). After that we got a fast pass for Voyage of the Little Mermaid, walked around a bit, and then saw the show. We got out of the show just as the parade was starting, but everyone was hungry so we went to the ABC Commissary. Good thing too - the skies opened up for 10-15 minutes! We were dry, but disappointed in the food.
After eating, the rain stopped, and we walked around some more and went on Star Tours (first time). Picked up some souvenirs and a pin, and headed back to the WL.
The weather had said bad weather Thursday night and Friday morning, but with the exception of the 15 minutes of rain, it was great! Sections of Orlando got large hail, but we missed out - which was nice!
