Markey:
I can remember my first flight about 3 weeks after 9/11. I was considering driving becuse of not wanting to fly. But my friend, who absolutely hates flying and is always medicated to walk onto the plane, was going to fly no matter what. Now, of course, she was medicated and had no clue, but the flight was fine and I actually felt very safe. If I didn't take that flight, I might not have never flown again. Since then I've been to WDW multiple times (all by plane) and don't even think twice about it. I do check out my fellow passengers more closely now, but walk onto the plane. Just one thing to keep in mind. You probably have a greater risk of something happening to you and your grandkids by driving, then by flying. Drivers are just to crazy and assertive now days. I've seen people on I-95 reading while driving, not even to mention those who are distracted by talking on cell phones. Plus it will only you take you about 2 hours to fly down (I think your coming from PA). Just say a prayer, and go for it! I'll also be on the 8/9 Magic. So see ya on the ship!
