Just arrived here. Already checked into our room, and getting ready to head to Typhoon Lagoon. Feel free to ask ??

Have fun!!! We will be at the CR on Sept. 9.

If you have the chance can you find out if the Food and Fun Center is still scheduled to close on the 9th.

Thanks and have a great time!

Kathy

Oh how fun....could you please tell us how you see crowds at the moment? Busy? Not so busy? I'm nervous about our trip which starts tomorrow as I've heard that crowds at the parks are insane.

Thanks and have a magical trip!

Dalton i will see if i can get an answer from someone

Ana we didnt get to any of the big oarks today, but went to TL, and rode everything, and were back to the hotel in about 2 hours. No wait for anything besides Humunga Kowabunga which was only about 10 minutes.

Well we have dinner @ O'hana, and may do a park tonight so if any one has any more questions go ahead, and i will do my best to reply

I'm at the CR right now, too, and I'd say the crowds are 'medium'. We've arrived at the parks close to opening and have been able to get onto the major attractions with 10-20 minute waits, and been able to get fast passes for others. Monday night at the MK was pretty crowded, and we may head over there tonight (for our last night), if the kids are up to it.

For what it's worth, I usually go in light seasons (early September and late January), and I've not found the crowds to be awful, just heavier than what I'm used to.

Enjoy your trip!

So we arrived @ O'hana to check in for 8pm ADR. We were hoping to get in early, and get over to the MK. There wa sno luck there, and were seated promptly @ 8. Both O'Hana and Kona were packed, and free dining seems to have all the restaurants packed. Tommorow off to Blizzard Beach in the morning, and MK @ night.

So we decide to walk up to Chef Mickeys this morning, and got seated @ around 8:30. By 10 we were walking into AK, and on EE within 10 minutes of arrival. We then walked onto Dinosaur, and then walked into Its a Bugs Life. No lines @ all today in AK. Went back to EE where the stand by line was 30 minutes, but didnt look to be that long. Wehad FP, and walked directly n within 5 minutes. Next we hit Kali River Rapids where it was about 8-10 minutes to get on. I was actually surprised by how dead it was. The Brazilian tour groups were out in full effect. The thing with these groups is the most annoying of there groups are the adults who seem to think that they can make there own rules. The teenagers and kids with them follow the rules, and stand in line. Tonight we have dinner 2 CP and are going to the MK.

That must have been great how you were able to walk into Chef Mickey's for breakfast considering it's free dinning and how the lines were at the Animal Kingdom. I am sorry about the Brazilian tour groups because when I was at WDW I did not see any of them the way you did, since they are not really at WDW during this month.

Went to BB today around 9ish, and there were barely any crowds. As the day progressed the crowds started to come. Around 1:30ish the clouds started rolling in, and we decided to head back to the hotel. By the time we were 1/2 way back it was a complete deluge. Went to MAYA Grille for a great dinner. Better then expected. We then headed over to Epcot, and walked onto mission space (orange team). Hit universe of energy, and then proceeded over to infront of where the Mcdonalds is in WS to watch Illuminations. After Illuminations we decided to wait the 45 minutes for Soarin. It was actually around an hr, but well worth it. The crowds have started rolling in for the long weekend.

That sounded like a very fun day. :thumbsup2

9/1/07

So we did breakfast @ the food & fun center this morning, and you get your monies worth there. After that we headed over to MGM to ride RNR and TOT. These are really the only 2 rides we like there. TOT was about a 15 minute wait. RNR was posted 50 minutes with no FP till 2:30. We decided to wait in line. Everything was moving smoothly there until we got to the area right before were u load. From what was being whispered around the brakes on one of the cars went down, and they had to move this car of the line, and test the rest. Shortly after that someone got sick on the ride, and it was about another 20 minutes for clean up. It ended up taking us about an hr and half to ride RNR, but it is probly my favorite ride in WDW. The lines didnt seem to be to bad for the rides, but there are alot of people in the park. Maybe everyone came to eat for free dining. As we were getting ready to leave the skies opened up, and sent down a major rain storm. It's orlando, and that expected here. It is actually quite nice outside right now, and were just relaxing. We are heading back over to epcot tonight for le cellier, and another ride on soarin.
