I'll be joining you on this 3 night cruise.

I will be disembarking on Sunday, going over to the Radisson for the night and meeting my family and friends, and then going back to the ship on Monday - for the Magic's special 5 night cruise before she goes into drydock.

What fun that will be.

We will be at BWV from 8/22 until 8/28 then doing the cruise and then heading back to AKV for 2 more nights.

Anybody have any ideas what excursions they will be doing on the cruise?

Hi Everyone - DH and I are now booked for this cruise (no kids)! Don't hate me but this is actually a work trip for me...checking it out for a future 3-night cruise where we're taking clients. Kay - Jealous of you...a friend mentioned the second cruise you're taking is the CC double-dip!

I've done a work trip w/ just the hubby too for my first Disney cruise. It's fun even w/out the kids. We will be on the 8/24-28 4Nt Double Dip too.

I am taking my DD for her 12th birthday (she will be 12 on July 5). It will just be the 2 of us this time! We are planning, although not booked yet, to do the Carribbean Queen snorkeling in Nassau and the stingrays in CC.
I have been on disney cruise 3 times without kids (and 2 times with them) and it is FUN both ways! we are really looking forward to this.

Diana - That's awesome that you and the GFs go just for yourselves. It's really cool that you're doing this for your oldest daughter!

DH and I don't have kids so we're used to cruising without. I'm so ready for these cruises!

I never thought I'd want to vacation without my DH but after 22 years of marriage I discovered it is great! He goes deep sea fishing with the guys so it's not just me. If given the choice I would choose to go with him but with 4 kids and no family around us it's not easy to get away together.

Where do you live in St. Louis? I lived there from 6th grade on (long time ago). Four of my sisters still live there.

We are definately a hockey family here! (I took a peek at your profile). One of my daughters (she's 10) is a goalie for the travel team here in our town. My youngest daughter filmed a Tim Horton's tv commercial with Sydney Crosby this year. It was a great 2 days and he was soooo nice! There were 6 kids with him (she was 8 yrs at film time) and she and he were helmet to helmet on the ice. I think she told him about 40 jokes. The dads were upset that he talked to her so long and not the boys! whaaaa

I'm pretty bummed at the moment as Detroit just scored (actually Fleury scored on himself). There is still 11 minutes........ go Pens!

I'll be on this cruise as well. It will be our second DCL sailing. Our first was last year on a four night Wonder cruise in a cat9.

This year we will be staying at the All Star Sports from 8/24/ to 8/28 and then heading to the ship for a 3 night in a cat6.

Can't wait, SO excited to get back on the Ship

I'm starting to get excited about the upcoming trip. I'm trying not to wish my summer away, but that tends to happen when we vacation the end of August!

I have both kids signed up for their respective clubs, but don't have any excursions booked. I think that we will do the walking tour of Nassau that is in the Passporter. I do have a room booked at the Comfort Suites so that we could use the water stuff at Atlantis, but I think I might cancel it and just do the walking tour - still up in the air!
