And they were the size of a small suitcase. I meant when the general public had it made available to them.

I remember my sisters first BAG phone....lol what a joke.. I took it with me to Indiana.. It took me about 15 min to find a roaming cell to call home to tell them I was ok.. was it worth the time?? It came with a book of roaming numbers and possible 3 or 4 digits numbers that you had to input prior tot he number. Life is so much simpler today....

Oh Doreen - I'm sorry about the back . I have problems off and on but nothing as severe as yours.

Lorri.. been out of work for 11 yrs as an RN for a back injury... you never know when its going to go "out" again.. the simple things do it like cleaing the bathroom dust, as I did last week.. see i knew cleaning was bad for you...lol.

yeah iI have the numbess, tingling and had the surgery...Welcome to my world.. But you have to learn to adapt to the pain.. and go on.. there are worse people than me in far worse situations...

Does flying bother me........well I hate it, I detest it to the very core of my being. I'd rather pluck my eyeballs out of their sockets and yank every hair out of my head. I'd rather visit the Gynecologist, I rather have a colonoscopy........Yeah, I think I have a problem with flying

I always read while flying. But I do have to say that I prefer the larger planes. Those smaller commuters I really don't like.

I would love to take flying lessons--but those planes are way to small!

I did not shave my legs for that escapade! My legs are naturally smooth and silky.

Why thank you. I had friends in college who suggested I should do stand-up comedy, but my "humor" is situational. I always thought Chandler on "Friends" was patterned after me -- I used humor as a defense growing up, too.

O - M - G!!! These kids are going to drive me to break out the cooler tonight. DS just came downstairs for the second time at 9:50 pm!!! He is afraid of the dark & DH just got up & turned off his lamp. He was a bear to get out of bed this morning...had to yell up to him until 7:35 and sent him back upstairs to get dressed. UGH! Tomorrow is NOT going to be any fun. DD wants to stay in our bed tonight & not be put in hers. I need to get her a better mattress so that I can sleep in there when she is stretched out taking up my space.

Before you know it Lisa they will be grown and you will really miss these kind of evenings.
