I remember thinking at the time how horrible.
And thinking I am glad I didn't have to pay for that. But i guess i did.

I received my copy of the confirmation from my travel agent today (everyone else probably got theirs ages ago) . . .

Nope, still no copies of our confirmation here. Haven't received one for the 5 day cruise either.

Congrats! I still haven't gotten my confirmation - maybe tomorrow.

Does your TA usualy send your confirmations? This is my third trip with DU and I've never received one. I would say as long as you have your ressie number that works in DCL that you're fine.

Well, I guess we are in good company - no confirmation in the mail for us either. This is the first time I have transfered it to DU immediately - I was wondering if that is why. We booked it direct with DCL, but transfered it to DU right away...

This is why the DIS needs spell check! Or maybe it was a subconsious typo - it's time for hot cross buns and I'm having trouble finding good ones locally and may have to resort to making me own. (and since I am NOT into cooking - making them is a major effort!)

Does anyone wear crocs north of the Mason Dixon line?

Of course we do - it was about freezing today and the snow is starting to melt, so I left the boots at home and wore the crocs today!

my tulips will be coming up soon, I hope.

I have flowers blooming - really, honest, I do! They are called siberian snow drops and they started blooming the 2nd week in January. The snow started melting off them today and they are a little beat up, but still blooming. THey usually last until it gets "too warm" in the spring.

I think that you can download patches through microsoft, but most POS systems aren't connected for security reasons. So we will have to pay for the upgrades

I looked at Crocs again yesterday - I just can't get over how UGLY they are!

4 pairs and I still think they're ugly.....BUT....the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.....my feet do not hurt at all after a full day at DL or WDW.

I am so far behind! Oh, well I'll get use to it. I had 2 pirate moments today where I had to laugh!

At work I was talking to one of the lawyers about a complaint I had investigated. He introducted me to another lawyer who was working on a suit reagrading FMLA. We were talking and I went to say that under the protection of ... and all of a sudden the word parley popped into my head! I really had to fight the urge not to say, "Under the protection of parley the person can not be harmed until the parley is complete!" LOL! I did manage to say that under the protection of FMLA nothing can be done untill ..... LOL! Of course the two lawyers I was talking to would of thought I was nuts!

Than the second thing was I dropped $40 at Target dollar spot on POTC items! They had lanyards, pencils, note pads, bandanas, jewlery, socks and flip flops. And some Hello Kitty thrown in. I told the cashier we were pirate happy. She said there's nothing wrong with that!

I've done lost it!

Sounds like your Target had much better stuff than ours did - I only got lanyards. The only other POTC thing they had was a really small tote bag.
