Who booked the room that they used on According to Jim on the Magic for this cruise? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

We were on the Jan 04 cruise when they taped that episode. They wouldn't give us advance notice of exactly what was going on, but said that there would be areas of the ship and ports that would not be accessible at times. DCL also gave you the option to cancel and go another time because of the inconvenience. I had a small chat with him while he was relaxing in the comfy chairs on Deck 4. We also got a autographed pic of all of them in our stateroom one night.

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:
My only problem is my DD will make her First Communion this May so she's big time into following the rules. Not sure if that's a good one to demonstrate...yet.:rolleyes1

No, that has to wait a few more years. You're still in the, "must impersonate good Catholic mother" stage....which is also where I am.

You think thats funny but last night when we went out to dinner my kids kept exhaling and seeing their breath and my son said "Its gonna snow tonight look at my breath" The only time they have ever seen their breath before was in Colorado which we have gotten snowed into every single time we go......

don't we wish it was that easy to predict the weather.....

LOL! Poor deprived children! :rotfl:

Favorite DCL souvenir. That's difficult.

I'm a picture person, but I also the family photographer, so I am hardly ever IN any of the pictures. Well, if I was a good mom, my favorite would be a family picture, but there is a story here.

I've always been small-ish (didn't break 100 lbs. until I was in my 20's). Well, in 2004 I finished grad school, went back to work full time for the first time in 6 years & started packing on weight. According to BMI, I hit 'overweight' in July 2005. I lost 28 lbs. before our cruise in March 2006. AND Sorcerer Mickey is my favorite, but despite all our trips to WDW I've never seen him in the parks. I was SO excited to find Sorcerer Mickey while I was wearing a great dress & have someone else to take the picture!

Let me try that again....with the picture

Diane I see you and Mike over there!!!!

Do you see me and John in the very back? John has on the orange shirt! Between Mike in red and John in orange we can't miss!

ENNA!!!!!

Don't do that again!!! I just about choked. :lmao:

Oddly, I recently discovered that my brother's cell phone does the same thing. What's the odds of BOTH of us programming our phones that way? :confused3

pssst...You can use fireplace ash and pretend that you went. Not that I would know that from personal experience or anything.

:cool2: Isn't it totally necessary for you to keep a low profile? That's all you were / would be doing.:rolleyes1

Okay...now I see why everyone wanted to where bags on there heads when I first started reading this thread.....you look so pretty!

Gee, I wonder who? You know, that would make a really cool DIS name if someone knew what it was. :lmao:

Not sure if this has been answered:

Fincantieri - in Margera (stern) & Ancona (bow), Italy

Judy...I wish I could see a bigger version of your picture...what a gorgeous family!

I was just thinking the same thing - I keep squinting trying to make them out. Judy - get a bigger picture, please.

Hi, just want to introduce my family to this board, we will be sailing with you all Aug 2008. I'm Tracy, Steve (dh), Jordan 14 at time of sailing (dd) and Jenna 12 at time of sailing (dd). I have been trying to catch up with all of the post but not doing a very good job at it! We have sailed Disney several times, infact we were booked on the 2005 EB repo but had to cancel due to dd's school conflict. Oh well, we WILL be on this one! Can't wait to meet all of you, seems like I know most of you already!
:cheer2: Welcome aboard! :cheer2:

Is it OK to attend the parties even if you don't drink the drinks??? I feel like a party-pooper, but if I drink alcohol (even a single glass of wine) there is a good chance I will sleep for the next 12-16 hours and it just isn't worth it  Hopefully, admitting this won't make me an outcast here :scared1: Usually at parties, I get to be the "designated driver", but we probably don't need any of those on the ship :rotfl:

pdarrah (Pamela)
I would have to say you're probably not the ONLY one that doesn't drink. We don't really drink ever either- but we probably will a little on the cruise. (mostly depending on if we can BRING alcohol on the cruiseship because I won't want to send a fortune for a few drinks). However, I don't drink much and when I do, it doesn't take much to get me drunk- KWIM? So I probably won't be drinking much- or else I'd embarrass myself in front of everyone and never hear the END of it on this board. :rolleyes1
