8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 4

There are a lot of people who popped in at first when the cruise was announced to say they were interested in it but some of them didn't book.

Or a lot of us have booked but are not able to keep up with the thread so we have not posted and are barely reading more than the summaries. I know we are trying to read to grasp general information about the cruise so that we can grab it before it's buried.

I asked this question a few nights ago and got a big response of late diners.. I am on late.. I feel late is better for us at least so we are not as rushed. I'd rather miss a show than dinner.. thus my need to weight watchers...
And besides. I think if I had to sit during a show at 8-9pm I would be alseep, instead I will be in a dining room full of liveley fun people keeping me laughing and AWAKE.. and of course off to DIVERSION for some ADULT FUN

Hey Doreen I'll still meet you at Diversions or Rockin' Bar D even if our seatings are different OKAY?

also - I know long ago everyone discussed trip insurance, can anyone point me to the posts? Search is not very friendly to me these days. Thanks!

What are you looking for? It is too far out to book insurance for this cruise with most companies yet.

Were you really up-graded from a CAT 8 to a CAT 4. I just called DCL and was promised by supervisor last week I would be getting a Room number for my CAT 5 GTY. Guess what. I still have no room number. I was told to call everyday if I wanted to. I am just afraid they over-sold, Then what???

We were upgraded by DCL from an 8 to a 4 on our 3rd cruise.

Wow you guys posted alot today!! We already at the rush for 15,000. I'm trying to get caught up but can anyone tell me if anyone got a cabin assignment today?

We don't have a DVR so I DIS and watch at the same time.

Same here! I have got to get TIVO or a DVR. I got hooked on Ugly Betty which is on the same time as Survivor. Need my Jeff fix though!

I sort of thought this image was worth a few chuckles at the 00s and 000s. If you prefer - I do have other ones to use.

At any rate... if you'll excuse me - I have to go get my kids now. And then I'll return to lurk for the big "1" - "5" .... and after that I'm taking the kids out for supper - then off to the airport to meet my spouse. We're gonna sort of surprise her ... unless the kids clammer to just stay home. I tried to take them out last nite but they just wanted me to bring them home and cook for 'em. Which I did...

So for the next half hour can ya 'all slow it down a little til I get back....

Thanks to whoever it was that told me to call CC# to get my reservation numbers (I'm so sorry I can't remember who it was!!! ack!)

I called the number you gave me and they were able to pull up my reservations with my CC #s (that I had just gotten via email since it was never mailed to me after the last cruise in May/June) and so now I do have reservation numbers to check it online.

Really? I thought we had to book ins within a couple of weeks of initial booking. I was going to break my routine and add insurance for my in-laws' cabin.

When you have done the 2008 repo how many days in total from all of your cruises would you have been on the MAGIC?

I would be at 54 days

We will all be at 43 days....I think. 4 x 7 days & the 15 day.
