You guys, I think I'm going to have to go to the dr soon. I have been having consistent headaches (usually progressing to migraines) almost every night for quite some time now. I kept thinking it was just stress- but it's every night? I don't have stressful schedules EVERY NIGHT- yanno? Then I thought it was on the computer but it's happening even if I'm off the computer for almost a day and starting up before I get on the computer. It's kinda scaring me. :( I'm popping tylenol every night and usually it does nothing. I had some migraine stuff awhile back that worked well but I'm out of it and keep trying to make do with tylenol.

:confused3

(so anyway, if I come across as cross with anyone or snippy or whatever... I'm blaming it on the migraine. 'k? seriously...)

:grouphug:
Go to the Dr and get the med's - they really do help - and it will help put your mind at ease. The OTC stuff just doesn't do it.

OMG she so did the same thing to me!
I was all like um, don't you think it's a little late to be asking me for a fruit rollup or something when you're already in your gown? It's time to brush your teeth and get in bed for crying out loud! LOL

(what's up with always thinking they have to have dessert? And if I don't have something for dessert- they are all asking for fruit rollups. What's that about? When I grew up dessert wasn't after every meal- it was something SPECIAL. But try as I might, I can't seem to get this thru my kids' thick skulls... )

I blame DCL for showing her dessert could come after every meal.

No, she was demanding before the 10-day in December. She is always begging for something.

Thanks. I prefer "J. R." by the way. No one calls me John anymore.

(And I know we're supposed to add our names to our signatures and I was going to do that and well, forgot.)

We really had a lot of laughs on that cruise Ginny, and leading up to it too!! How is your Sister & her family? Not to mention your own Bob & kiddies??? How are all of them? I'm really looking forward to seeing you again! Do you by chance speak with Darlene? If so, please send her and Stan & Sandy my love. I hope Stan is feeling well. So how do you like living in FL? Much better than NJ I'm sure ;)

MR

My sister and her family are good - they were on the Magic last year. I told her about the repo and she didnt seem interested - shes wierd!!!! Bob and the kids are great - we LOVE LOVE LOVE living in Florida - I cant even get Bob to go back to NJ to visit - he says let everyone come here.

I Email or PM with Darlene from time to time. We linked with them on the 2005 PC cruise and had a blast. Stan looks good and I know they are doing this cruise as well as the repo home from the med.

Oh and I forgot to say- Ruby still got the 1 in the UIL solo this evening EVEN THOUGH she lost one of her molars on the top (the one nearest the 6 top front teeth- know where I mean?) right at the end of school. That kinda will mess up how you play- yanno? But she managed.

And now hours later that permanent tooth is halfway out already! It really was ready to get out there!

(yes, she is 13 now and just lost her first molar... give her a break, she didn't even GET teeth until she was over a year old!)

I could have said every word of your post above. LOL (well, except chang 10 day in december to May double dip cruise LOL)

If ES means elementary school... around here they only start in 6th grade.

In MD they can test for instruments in 4th grade... DD played in 4th and 5th grades...

In MS 6th grade to get lessons you must have band as your elective and she didn't want to.

I will go and get checked. This happened to me a few years ago now that I think about it- and my BP was low then too and nothing was done. I really need to find another dr on my insurance plan because this one is used to OLD PEOPLE (seriously, everytime I go in there I'm in a waiting room full of people where every single one is atleast 30yrs old than me and I'm nearing 40 if that tells you anything!) and I think he's just used to that. If you aren't falling apart- he's all like you're healthy, be gone. :lmao: I've gone to him a few times about back pain (since the accident years ago) and he never wants to do anything to see if it's hurt worse or what. *sigh*

Do they only get one elective? Here they only get one elective too- well they can choose athletics but that's in place of PE so it's not really an elective, yanno? With only one elective choice, you really have to be dedicated to band to choose it. I mean REALLY dedicated. Even Ruby was somewhat perplexed because she sooo wanted to do other things like Art, etc. but once she realized she only had one choice... she went with band. She would have liked more choices though. LOL

Hello, just dropping in to let you know we are joining you in August 2008.
Me, DH, DS (14 by then), DD (11 by then).

I know I'm cruising with Bellelinus (Hey Julie:yay: ), we met on the Wonder in August 2006. I'm a newbie to these big DIS cruises though. This looks like it's going to be alot of fun.

I've got my banner and ticker and I'm ready to go :cool1:

It's a boring story. In HS, my friends gave me the nickname "J. R." when they realized my name (John Raymond). This was around the whole "Dallas, Who Shot J. R." craze. In college, I chose to just go by J. R. and have through my entire work life. It's easier. I will likely be the only J. R. in this DIS group. There will probably be a dozen "Johns". (And at least one "hooker", I understand).

So since my mother passed away two years ago, no one knows me as "John" except bill collectors and salesmen.

Oh, and Disney Cruise Line. I signed up as "J. R.". But my passport has "John". When I checked in, they changed my reservation to say "John". I have flown all around the world on airline tickets made out to "J. R." with that same passport, but to Disney the name must match EXACTLY.

My DD has recently become addicted to watching LA law reruns...

Weird kid...

But at least it's not the disney channel..
LOL!!!!!!!!
I don't know why my kids have TVs in their rooms- they never watch them in there! They always want to watch on the bigger tvs and well.... DH takes over the one in the den/family room and here in the more formal living room is where I can see THIS tv from the computer and the kids keep taking it over! Sometimes I stand my ground but when I really can't sit and watch tv anyway (because of them! What a racket these kids have going. LOL) or I'm on the computer too or whatever, I give in and let them have it. Hence my rerun hell.

I used to only let them watch either Disney channel but lately they keep sneaking in nickelodean (mostly spongebob and some avatar nonsense)

I used to like watching Raven but it's never on anymore?!? and now we end up with Full House on. I liked it the first time but I was much younger then... LOL

That's funny... My DD got her teeth early and has had all her permanent teeth in for over 3 yrs now....We had an orthodontist consult back in 2004 to see how they turned out... (She had a large space when she was younger)

But now the dr said she was fine...

J.R. it is then. I, myself, prefer MR without the periods, but hey, to each their own :lmao: I have two, count em, two Johns myself, a Sr. & a Jr., and I don't know, maybe one hooker too :scared1: :rotfl2:

That's cute. My princess just came in and reminded me she didn't have dessert tonight. I told her it's a little late to ask me at 40 minutes past bedtime. You may
